Jill is a great asset to Gaudette Insurance in Whitinsville Ma. When I called with an Insurance problem, she was immediately ready to get on the problem. This was a Registry horrible mistake. MY car was backed into in a restaurant parking lot in Worcester, Ma recently while my husband and I were there for dinner. When I contacted Jill about this
and told her they didn't have any Insurance on my Toyota Camry, but still on a Chevy Cruze I no longer owned. I have been paying insurance every month for the Cruze and my Camry was not covered. but they never switched my Insurance over to my Camry. I knew Jill had taken down all the Info and sent all the paper work to the Insurance Company but it was never registered.to the new car. I immediately called Jill who
got on it right away. She had sent all the proper paper work when I bought
the Camry and it was never changed over to the new vehicle. They didn't even have my number plate number, but someone else's, Jill worked over and above on this error. She is a super person to handle any problem in the Insurance business. She is my go to. Thank you Jill Happy Holiday's
