I haven’t even completed a purchase yet, but the customer service I’ve been getting so far is absolutely stellar, I great way to treat people new to the sport. They make it really hard to decide what I want next. Lol.

Ordering process was easy and the the delivery time was excellent… Hadn’t had time to fire my new TG-20 yet but I will soon… Loved the stickers and all the other goods packaged with the firearm but some sort of custom case would have taken the experience over the top… The Out of Box experience still matters…

Folks….putting an upper on a lower and slapping a few random items together is not a custom gun. Nothing wrong with that….but this is the real deal custom ar. If you are bored with cookie cutter options this is the real deal. Rich, Jim and Alex took care of me making my full custom build easy….almost too easy.

Just do it….your only limited by your imagination. I own many Daniel Defence, Lantec and POF all over $2k. I built a custom gun with all the upgrades for less than 3k! Holy cow! My build represents my transition from long haired guitar slinger to successful business man with a career. I love both versions of my life….but now I can afford a splurge.

Buyer Beware I ordered a handguard on the 11th of Februar no notification of order being received via email. Called customer service and left a message on the 16th, no contact. Called again the 19th and was told my part would be
shipped the next day and I would be lnotified of the tracking number. Again crickets i received an email from the owner who was so uninvolved he addressed me as George my name is James.
After waiting two more days I called back again and was told my order had shipped and when I asked where the shipping information was I was told they were sorry and when I told them I could write a bad review I was told they didn't care about negative reviews.
Well we'll see how they respond to this Review I doubt they even care
