Norco, McCall

Had my mom at home for hospice. They provided prompt service both during set up and removal. Very professional and kind staff. Highly recommend.

I was in McCall for a ski week and forgot a critical component for my medical appliance. I contacted Ken and he met me on his day off and set me right up with a loaner! So much appreciated!

The service provided by Norco in McCall has been more than stellar. Ken Coleman and the office staff are professional, empathic, and put the customer first in every interaction. Personally, after being diagnosed with a serious lung condition followed by an order for Oxygen through Norco it was less than two hours before receiving a call from Ken. He had the necessary equipment to me with in a few hours. From that point forward he has been exceptionally helpful.

The equipment excellent and “Wow!” are they fast to address any issues. It is hard to express how positive my experience has been and continues to be with Norco and in particular Ken. Grateful they are in McCall and do such a great job. Could not be happier!
