Great bedside manner. Makes you feel very comfortable before and after your surgery. He’s also straight forward and has a good sense of humor which helps a lot when dealing with a serious situation. IMO

Dr. N is always professional and caring. And working toward the best plan. His knowledge supersedes anyone we’ve encountered!

Neuschwandr's office scheduled me with very short notice on my part due to a skiing accident. I only waited for 5 minutes before being admitted. The greeting staff and admitting nurse were very friendly. I only waited 5 minutes for the Doctor to arrive in the exam room. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Neuschwander, he was friendly, knowledgeable, a down to earth guy. He gave me options for my treatment, which I liked.

Tim was great, very thorough & knowledgeable about shoulder surgery. Went over the MRI with me &!explained everything in words Incould understand. I feel very confident having him do my shoulder surgery. I wish he was not booked out so far into March as this pain is awful & was hoping to be fixed sooner but I understand that he is busy & many others before me probably going through the same thing.

We first met Dr Tim a year ago when he diagnosed and performed emergency surgery on our son’s ankle for a serious infection. We were very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He also has a very casual, yet professional personality and explained everything in a way we could comprehend. This January, our daughter was experiencing repeated injuries to both ankles so we scheduled a consult with Dr Tim. After he explained all our options, we decided ligament surgery on both ankles was best. She is 1 month post op from the 2nd surgery and they are both healing incredibly well. We will always use Dr Tim and highly recommend him to everyone we meet!

I have had numerous surgeries at the St Luke’s Hospital in Mccall. I have always had amazing care! The orthopedic dept are extremely caring and concerned with your wellness and well being! This last surgery with Dr Tim Neuschwander was no exception!

Broke my tibial plateau. Dr. Neuschwander performed surgery to repair it. It’s been 2 days since the surgery and everything seems to be as it should. He was very professional and took time to answer all of my questions. All of the staff at St. Luke's McCall was awesome in fact.

No waiting to see the Doctor. The surgery results were excellent. He answered any questions I had. Personable in his manner.

We love Dr. Tim. My son dislocated his knee in Jan 2020. We saw Dr. Tim for a consultation and he was wonderful. Because it was my son’s first dislocation, we knew there was a chance for it to happen again, but until that time, there wasn’t anything to do at the moment. Fast forward to Sept 2020 and he dislocated the same knee again and it was surgery time. He actually ended up having surgery on his 12th birthday. What a birthday! But Dr. Tim was amazing through it all! Always caring, always popping in when we only had an appt with the PA, always there for us, etc. He did an amazing job with the surgery and we were very happy with the whole experience. Fast forward a few weeks and my son “graduated” from seeing Dr. Tim. We were just to continue with PT. The very next week, my son dislocated his GOOD knee. We could not believe it. While in the ER, we knew Dr. Tim was in the hospital but he was in the OR so we didn’t get a chance to see him. That night, he called us after hours to check in on my son. He had heard about what had happened and reached out after office hours. It was so very kind of him. We had a second surgery, and again, no complaints. Going through three dislocations in a year and two surgeries is not fun for a 11/12 year old boy, but Dr. Tim and his whole team were awesome! We are so thankful he ended up being who we originally saw after the first dislocation! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!

I had a ski accident and had to be ambulanced to St. Luke's. Dr. Neuschwander thankfully was on duty and was able to do surgery on my leg. He did an excellent job and was wonderful with my follow up questions once I left. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Tim is so thorough and knowledgeable. He remembers past visits I’ve had with him and helps me to feel informed of all my options for treatment, and helps me feel empowered in my decision making.

I was seen right on time!! He was very professional and friendly. Assessed me quickly and was spot on in his assessment. Helped me find the right brace for me and I’m Healing very nicely!
