The new hospital is a compliment to the community, the hospital was very comfortable ,i felt like i was in a resort. I do t remember me falling , or the ambulance ride , I woke up in the hospital & everyone was so caring & comforting, I would rate your dr. &. Nurses a 10 , i also want to give a shout out for Dr. catlin & the dr who did the surgery, thank you so much for caring .
We moved here 10 years ago & i went to emergency with spasms in my back as soon as soon as i saw dr. Caitlin i knew she was going to be our family Dr. & here we are 10 years ago & my husband & i have never looked back , we are grateful to her & her staff for their commitment & dedication to the community , we know we are safe in mcall as we grow older( 80 & 77) my kids have provided for us my Dr. & community Hospital has made us feel safe !

I have been seeing Dr. Gustafson for 15 years. She has always listen to what I express feeling and has always created the best plan for me. She understands that all bodies are different and cares for each individual accordingly. St. Luke’s has a GEM representing their health care system.

Dr. Gus genuinely cares about me as a patient. I never felt rushed or that my concerns were being dismissed. She recommended a consultation with a specialist so I could make a more informed decision. She's great!

Dr. Gustafson is thorough, she listens, is extremely knowledgeable and together we always come up with a health plan. I have been going to Caitlin for many years and feel so fortunate to have her as my doctor as I reach my elderly years. She has helped through many physical and emotional issues. Caitlin has a real gift for looking at the whole person and for taking into account my wishes. I can not imagine having a better primary caretaker. She is the best!

Saw Dr in timely manner. Drs assistant was very curtious treated me with upmost respect. Dr. was prompt coming in. She treats me with respect as well answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Always helpful and polite and makes me feel comfortable.😊
