Hearing Connection

We were in McCall to attend our granddaughter's wedding when we discovered that my husband had left his hearing aid charger at home in Meridian. We went to the Hearing Connection store which was near our hotel. Matthew Black fit my husband with a loaner set of hearing aids and a charger which we could return at his location in Boise. He was so nice and my husband was able to attend the wedding and visit with all of the family members there. I would definitely recommend Hearing Connection for all of your hearing aid needs.

Highly recommended !!! I went in today expecting to have a consultation about purchasing new hearing aids but what I left with was my current hearing aids with a TOTAL makeover! Matthew was fantastic to work with, he was VERY thorough and explained way more to me about my type of hearing loss than any Doctor ever has! It feels like I walked out with new hearing aids today and i didn't even spend a penny! Thanks Matthew!!

Matthew was very thorough. He explained each step of the process from how the hearing test works to what a normal result would be to how mine differed and why. What an education! I did bring my daughter along as was recommended. She took such delight at the validation of her opinion that my hearing left much to be desired even though I was in TOTAL DENIAL. My hearing loss process was so gradual that I really thought everything was fine until I experienced the difference-which was immediate and truly eye-opening. I am also happy that they are pretty much invisible. Phone calls are the best. I no longer put my phone on speaker since my caller's voice is in my ear. I don't need to hold the phone up to my ear, and no one else can hear my call like they can when my phone is on speaker. Super convenient. I'm glad I went in and will recommend Matthew and the Hearing Connection in McCall to my friends.

I went in for my annual hearing test and saw Matthew Black, director of hearing services. He was very knowledgeable, impressionable and helpful. He adjusted my Hearing aids and loaded an app on my phone that I didn't know was available. Very pleased with his services.

They made room for an appointment the same day I called and checked on my ears for wax and cleaned my hearing aides. Very pleasant to work with and gave me information for follow up to remove the wax in my ears. I would highly recommend their services for "ear" needs.
