Absolutely wonderful experience at the pharmacy. We normally use CVS but it was closed and luckily this was open 24 hours. Even though we were first time customers, it was seamless and within 20 minutes we had our medication. Jules and the Pharmacist were very pleasant and helpful - we are now switching all of medications to this store!

The pharmacy employees were the most professional and compassionate group of women I've ever seen in action. I'm sure it's frustrating to wait in line for prescriptions only to find out the pharmacy didn't receive the order. Please remember that this is not the pharmacists fault and they are trying to work as fast and as safely as possible. With a line of drive through, a line for in store pick up and a line for vaccinations, the place was packed. Kudos to all of you for never losing your cool and being as patient as you are. This pharmacy is 5 stars across the board!

Four other smaller Walgreens pharmacies closer to my house did not carry the meds I needed after a small surgery. This location had them and worked with my doctor’s office to get the order processed - even during a very busy season (Friday night before Christmas). We’ve come here twice now mostly due to the larger stock and longer hours. The people I’ve encountered are very nice.

Very positive experience with the pharmacy on Thanksgiving day. Had an infection and needed antibiotics. They were the only pharmacy in the area that was open for my urgent care office to call my prescription into. My prescription was called in at 8:30am and was really by 9:30am. Wasn't even supposed to be ready until 11am, but they just conveniently got it filled early without me asking. Staff was super friendly and kind when I came through the drive-thru with only about a 5 minute wait from the time I got in the line until I got my prescription. I was so pleasantly surprised with so much ease and friendliness on one of the busiest holidays of the year, all while being the only pharmacy open in the area on this day. This place is wonderful, imo. Forever grateful for this pharmacy.

This pharmacy and Walgreens does not deserve the bad ratings it has received so far. I had to spend an hour and a half here due to issues with the numbers and a claim on a prescription needing to be sent through and fortunately the staff was particularly kind, patient and hilarious to boot! I truly appreciate John and the pharmacist at this 24 hr Walgreens. Thank God for them honestly! Also Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois was a good choice but you know its so much pressure to be the ONLY 24 hr pharmacy working and serving people medications when they need it the most. By saving on prescriptions I only had to pay $90 total when I could have been paying around $600-700. I’m grateful and amazed.

I had to frantically find a 24 hour pharmacy since my wife was in pain from small kidney stones, and this Walgreens was available on Xmas eve. There were about 15 people in line, and everyone appeared grumpy. The bald clerk (not being mean just to give a small shout out) was kind and explained sympathetically to each customer of their situation. Even the people behind me were grumpy and griping. The pharmacist came out and was also kind. She took care of business, and I was able to get the medicine for my wife without grief or much of a wait. I felt bad for the employees who were already working on Xmas, but yet they had to deal w a lot of nasty people. Keep up the good work!!

By FAR the most friendly workers !!! Jane, who worked tonight, with very kind gentleman (who’s name I didn’t get): we’re not only the friendliest, kindest people…but also worked 20minutes past closing to help me find the correct hair dye I needed. I’m truly impressed by the amazing feeling these beautiful people left me with! I don’t live close at all but I would make the trip just to see these pleasant people again!! I truly hope they get recognized for their hard word , amazing customer service and BEAUTIFUL personality! ❤I hope they read this because they truly brightened my day! We need more beautiful people like this in the world!!!!

I would like to commend Lauren at the photo department for her wonderful assistance with an order that had not printed entirely. We spoke over the phone and she cheerfully took care of the issue and was so very kind! I truly appreciated her help and kind demeanor! Thank you Lauren!!

Was frustrated with our regular walgreens so had my prescription sent here yesterday. Whoever was working in your pharmacy 10/10 around 10pm was the most helpful person I have come across at a walgreens in a long time. Prescription was ready in 2hrs.

I know this isn't the best place to pick up prescriptions. I have probably wasted hours of time in line to get a simple prescription from here. This understaffed pharmacy is a direct relation to how Healthcare is struggling through this pandemic still. I know they started having the kid from photo occasionally help them. Every encounter I've had with them has been pleasant and helpful despite the long lines. Sure no one wants to wait in line for hours for their prescriptions, but these people are doing the best they can with what they have. It's not their fault that they are all doing the work of three people. Show people some grace.

I ordered photos from this location on Christmas Eve. I will tell you the store is very short staffed, as most businesses are, but the people there are working as hard as they can. There were probably 20 people deep waiting and the three people there plus the manager were hustling so hard. They were slammed busy yet still as kind as possible. I felt so sorry for them I bought them some drinks when I checked out as a small token of appreciation. I will continue to use this Walgreens because of their kindness in this stressful time. Thank you photos workers of Walgreens. You made my wife extremely happy this Christmas.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I felt it was necessary to tell others about our experience with the nurse practitioner Patty that works at this location in the medical clinic. Three of my kids became very ill over the weekend. I was nervous to take them anywhere other than our regular doctor's office, but I was desperate to have them seen as soon as possible. On a Sunday afternoon (of all days!), Patty was able to quickly see all three kids, diagnose them and send off for prescriptions that we were able to get filled right away. She was friendly, efficient and very professional. She didn't make us wait long and she made my kids feel comfortable. I was very relieved and so thankful she was able to provide us with the help she did! And to make matters even better...she even called us a few days later to follow up and see how the kids were feeling! Thank you Patty! We appreciate you! I would certainly recommend her to anyone!

Pharmacy: Huge shout out to T Seyoum. This gentleman was all by himself. The drive thru was beeping, phones ringing off the hook, a line of people waiting and what does T Seyoum do? He keeps his calm, he keeps his smile, he faces one thing after the other. Super impressed! This guy needs a raise!!

Wonderful pharmacy staff! The pharmacists always take time to answer my questions. It's a busy store, but they never rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience. I've witnessed the staff handle rude and impatient customers calmly and professionally. Drive up is great when it's cold out, and I don't want to take my baby out of the car. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I can't say enough great things about their early morning pharmacist. Caring, kind, and very helpful!! I was having a pretty bad allergic reaction to an unknown source. I was pretty scared since I'd never had this happen to me. All the urgent care facilities were closed and I wanted to try Benadryl before diving into an expensive ER visit. He saw that I was struggling and dropped what he was doing to help me. He had had the same thing happen to him and knew what to do. I took the Benadryl and he asked if I could just hang out for a while to make sure it was going to work. It kicked in, my tongue stopped swelling and my hands/feet stopped tingling. He never left me! He went above and beyond! I didn't expect that kind of treatment when I went in there and I was so very grateful that I chose that Walgreen's. I have since transferred my prescription to that location and have been telling all my friends about them.

I would like to thank Eulogio for his exceptional service. I was having trouble getting a response from my doctor’s medical assistant to renew a prescription. He took the time to call the medical assistant and I had my prescription the next day. I appreciate the fact that he went beyond what I would expect.

Super friendly staff! There aren’t too many 24 hour anything anymore but this Walgreens is! Absolutely a life saver and my new go to location!

I feel so bad for the pharmacy peeps right now. Having to give COVID immunizations right now and probably no extra staff. I appreciate you guys and you got my complicated medication transfer today and filled it so fast when i really needed it. Thank you. Hang in there everyone. I'm a nurse and I get it. You have been on the Frontline this entire pandemic. We're all exhausted. Just hang in there. You guys rock!

This is to give a shout-out to the pharmacy staff at Walgreens. From Holly Tancar (Manager), all the Pharmacists, and staff—I consistently receive excellent service. This is an extremely busy pharmacy. I am so impressed with their care and attention and smiles. 5-star kudos!

I called from g Grand Junction at midnight due to a suite mate having having severe pain from a wisdom teeth removal. Her oxyCodone wasn’t doing the job and she couldn’t get to sleep.

The staff helped us figure out what she could and could not take with the oxy to help her manage her pain and get to sleep.
