The Owners are very nice, and knowledgeable. They don't try push you into buying a car like most dealerships. They give good quality vehicles, at fair prices. No scams just honest people running an honest business. I found my Toyota Sienna mini van from Summit Auto Sales, and couldn't be happier. I recommend for sure, and when I need another vehicle I will be back.

We looked for months for a used car when we fortunately came across Summit Auto Sales. Karl and Heidi were very trustworthy and professional. They were upfront and honest with us about anything we wanted to know about the vehicle. They had all the paperwork printed out and ready to go in no time. We ended up buying from them and never regret it. We love our car and it runs great! We definitely recommend them to all of our friends.

I had a great experience purchasing a used car from Carl and Heidi. This is not a fancy glass and marble showroom experience- but you also get treated like a normal person and not a walking bag of money. No slick sales people, sneaky finance managers or pressure to upgrade your vehicle and service. Carl and Heidi are nice and friendly people, and it was a pleasure to work with them. The lack of an office was a little annoying (I signed loan documents on a tree stump) but they were quick to communicate/respond and helped make the process easy. Their local credit union down the street approved my loan for 1.5% less APR than the next best competitor and in under two hours.

Carl and Heidi were the best. Not pushy at all. Just want to help you find the right car for yourself. We prefer their hands-off method instead of the typical used car lot. And the prices are perfect. No need for arguing if it's already at a reasonable price.

We just bought an expedition from them and they were amazing. Came in on Sunday when they were closed for us to test drive and stayed late on Monday to finish the paper work. They were super nice and I loved that there was no pressure let us look at the vehicle and talk with out hovering. We will definitely go back to them if we need another vehicle.

I have always been skeptical about used car dealerships but I went for it when I saw my vehicle's ad. Great experience with owners! They really communicated well through email and provided many options to get you finance the interested vehicle. My Honda CRV was cleaned, detailed and ready for pick up. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Skeptic turned believer... I was nervous going through a used car dealership I know they dont have to tell you the truth and usually dont but I had a good feeling about this place when I found it while searching craigslist for a car I live in California which doesn't have the same laws as Nevada when buying a used car and registering a new car so I was skeptical for this reason but I went anyways found a car same day took it home and it failed smog my worse nightmare was coming true I was devastated..but I called them and told them what happened and explained my situation without a having a bad attitude about it and they had me bring it back so they could have their mechanic take a look it was nothing major a simple loose wire they fixed it and sent me on my way not a problem since passed smog with a quickness and I can honestly say I will never purchase a car from anyone else thank you summit auto Reno you guys rock
