Levi’s Outlet Store

Maddie was wonderful! She actively listened to my concerns and provided quick and painless solution when dealing with defective product. Associates like Maddie are the reason I still shop in store locations vs online!
Not to mention the store is always clean and organized every visit!

The sweetest girl working on May 5 was more than willing to help me find my size and recommend different styles! I wish I got her name, but she was probably in her 20s & has red hair. She was sooo helpful. I probably wouldn’t have found what I wanted without her!

This Levi's store is in a great location. Luckily the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful because it's the only Levi's anywhere close! I had to go here for a couple of exchanges of online orders I made but ordered the wrong size. I underestimated my waist. Anyway, they were able to order one pair for me online to have delivered to the house since they didn't carry it in-store, and I was able just to exchange one other pair there in the store. Very painless! There is plenty of parking, the fitting rooms (as well as the store) are clean, and there are other stores nearby if you need to shop elsewhere.

Great selection. They have all the hard to find sizes. Prices are good when you buy more than one pair. I'm a return customer and will continue to shop there for Levi's.

I received excellent attention from the Sale Person including check the stock in the back room so he ordered through the Internet and be delivered to my home address. I am very Happy for my 501 Levi's.

To preface the review, I have to say we went to the store on a regular Thursday around 1pm or so. That is to say, the store was pretty much empty besides the employees and maybe one or two other shoppers.

There were two employees, both of whom were helpful and friendly. I asked about their loosest cut jeans from one of them and he directed me to the right section. The second employee helped me get the right sizes, even offered to check their stock in the back if said sizes weren't on the shelves. The employee also explained the current promotions so I knew what was on sale and how much it would cost.

I don't like clothes shopping but this was a great experience. The store was tidy, well-lit and organized to the nines! Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend it!

5 star to Mike @ Lake Elsinore outlet. Great customer service. Professional and very helpful. He goes the extra mile to check for inventory for with a smile in his face. I ask him so many questions and not once he seem bother with it.

Bought 501s levi's for a very good price.

Every time I walked into this place the employees always greet me. They always inform me of the deals or promos they are having. They have a wide selection of 511 jeans but they definitely are always receiving more I believe weekly. I recommend you come here bc they do have good deals on their jeans

Got there when they first opened and the deals were on and the service was really good. This outlet store always have good sales. We got BOGO half off of shorts and the tshirts were buy 2 get one free. Great deals

this place always has really good deals on Levi's 3499 for a pair of jeans. I always like to pick up three or four here because sometimes I tear them really fast working on them. They never have cease to amaze me they even explain to me the difference between 511 512 and all the sizes of jeans

such a friendly and helpful staff. Always has a tidy store andhas clean changing rooms but due to covid they are not letting you try stuff on, just keep receipt and they will take it back for you. Levi's are the best!!!
