Helped me get a new phone number on the quick fast. Cheaper than Verizon, and you don't have to pay mobile hot spot. You know that thing you've always been able to do for free? Verizon is charging customers 10 bucks a month for the privilege of doing what you have always been able to do, and if you don't pay the cut off you ability to do that.

By far the BEST customer service we have ever experienced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Derek went above and beyond and we can’t thank him enough!

When is expecting to spend way more than I staff was very helpful I was very satisfied with my experience with them

Love going into any T-Mobile store. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Best of all, they seem relaxed and like they enjoy their jobs, so they can joke and visit with customers. Today, Ryan let me know about a deal that may end up saving me $500 a year. Didn't catch his co-worker's name, but she was also helpful. I am brand-loyal to only two companies: USAA and T-Mobile. With TM, it's 100% bc of the in-store staff.

Even though I've been having a frustrating issue with my phone not sending or receiving texts every month; every single person that I have spoken to or seen with T-Mobile has been so sincerely kind and helpful with my issue on my phone and I just couldn't appreciate it more! You're All the Best People I've Ever Had The Pleasure Of Doing Business With; Thank You All So Very Much. Because I just don't know what I would have done if the tech team hadn't been there to help me out.

They are very helpful and friendly. I got a samsung s4 44mm watch that is supposed to have its own number and service. But it didn't work. So they ordered me a new watch and refunded the time that I was paying for a service but didn't work.

Joey is awesome and went above and beyond to help me with my mom’s phone. I live in KS. I came home to help my elderly and sick mom. She needed a new phone. I went in on Monday and was helped by another employee, who was also pleasant and helpful. I returned today, with some questions about her phone. Joey is very knowledgeable and kind. Someone needs to give him a raise. All of your customer service reps that I witnessed in two days gave excellent customer service. Customer service is hard and most of the time not pleasant. I just want all of the employees at your store to know what they do is important. I am grateful. And you can afford to give them all some compensation for their hard work.

My wife and I stopped in at the T-Mobile store near Tuscarawas and Whipple. we had a really great experience with the salespeople there. We switched our phones from a Verizon plan adding an extra line for free and in the end it's going to save me money. They also made sure that we got all the deals we could possibly get as far as money back. The folks here are great and the customer service is with T-Mobile has always been top notch.

Nick Y was VERY helpful! We had a problem that the customer service call centers could not help with. (After being on the phone with them a loooong time). Nick made several calls and got the problem solved for us and got our phone numbers ported to T Mobile.
We were so frustrated and he calmly fixed it all. Thanks Nick!

Seeing is believing! A couple of years ago during a fine afternoon, on a merry cherry mood I took to the mall nearest to our habitat to loiter in quest for color, cooky, sight, sound, food and fun! And it so happened that I almost unmindfully stepped in to a tidy look-shop which deals with the wireless phones! Oh! Great! One I was on a look out for sometimes! The sales guy's all embracing smile and sensitivity bemused me to turn to the reality. His attitude and aptitude led me in no time to decide upon buying the T-Mobile wireless ! Now, over years I went on seriously doing umpteen of mental math. based on size of my wallet and service, courtesy and congeniality of the employees I enjoy! Ultimately I end in arriving at the conclusion that T-Mobile stood the champion of peers by a wide margin!

Had my device repaired today in a timely manner.Explained what was done to the device ,was greeted when walking in &very friendly staff .Overall very happy with the service that was provided

I went to the Tmobile.on Tusc. Because they are helpful and polite. I did not get what I wanted, but Joseph was helpful. He gave me all the avaliable options, and I went with the option best for me. I appreciate the time he took with me. They are a good team, and always willing to help. Check them out!

This place is the best. No pressure service, informative sales staff. Very friendly. Some have been here for many years. Just went in yesterday and seen the same sales person I seen when I first went to TMobile 10+ years ago.
