Great mom & pop ice cream place in Delaware at the apex of Winter St and 37. Big portions and wide variety of ice cream dishes. Plus sandwiches at a very reasonable price for this day and age. We love stopping here every time we get up that way

Super close to my sister-in-law's house. I've heard the food is great but we just indulged in a little post hiking treat! The icecream was fabulous and my pupper got her own pup bowl!

Always Busy but always refreshing and Very Good employees. Just Light on how much toppings they put on Hot Fudge Sundaes. Not enough, it's a Shame no more Corn dogs. Now I will have to go elsewhere. Then Culvers or Dairy Queen for Cool treats

So first time here and it was really good. Food looked very pricey so we didn't get anything to eat but I got a lg shake and my wife got a small shake. It was really delicious with a fair size for the price and priced close to other places like it.

This place is a local staple. We love going getting twist cones...if you haven't been try a smurf cone or papa surf cone!!

Great small town ice cream / food joint that's been there forever. Great selection of ice cream & food, even now offers more homestyle options. Has flavors that are always available (try a smurf cone or a papa smurf- so much fun) and also has a rotation of new and old favorite flavors

The greatest stop when driving 36/37 across to I71. This place is like an old fashioned ice cream shop and sandwich shop all in one. Papa Smurf is known all over Ohio.
