Wendy's

I visited the Airport / Reynolds location yesterday morning ( 12-22-23 ) and was more than pleased.
The parking lot was free of trash, which at some fast food restaurants is rare.
Upon pulling up to the drive thru ordering kiosk - I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness in the voice coming through the speaker. This lady was so friendly I could feel the smile on her face just by her voice.
At the window, she continued with her cheeriness, double checked my order as well as making sure everything was in the bag.

Excellent job - my only disappointment is that I didn't get her name.

This Wendy is great! Food has always been fresh when I go on my lunch breaks either in the evening or late before they’re closing. Customer service is excellent. The way food has been slacking lately, it’s good that some places are still showing up and putting effort. Good job!

Just went through the drive through for lunch and they were quick and the food was fresh!!! Best service I've received in a long time from a fast food chain.

If you get hunger pangs and are near a Wendy’s, pop by and grab a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger….yummy! Oh, ya….and if you buy a Wendy’s Frosty key tag around Christmas, you get a FREE Frosty with purchases all year long! I have done this three years running :) One last comment, if you go inside and order through the lobby, don’t forget to ring the bell for great service! (A Wendy’s near me has a bell sitting on the counter just for that purpose!)

We came through at 9:49pm in the drive thru. They were fast, accurate and served us hot fresh chicken and fries.

Just right hot Fresh and tasty., Service was good.. Also had a frosty. Enjoyed very much.

I was here February 2nd, 2020 around 3 PM and the guy taking orders and money was the nicest guy I've come across at a fast food restaurant. He spoke clearly, was polite, and smiling all the time. Said thank you and have a nice day. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could email corporate to recognize him. The guy at the next window gave me the wrong order by accident but said sorry and was very polite about it as well. This is a good location and hopefully it is the same next time I go back.

Food always prepared well. Sometimes out of stock, but covid is affecting everyone. 5 stars mainly do to the staff. I have never had a negative interaction with the staff here. The managers must be doing something right to keep their employees happy.

Ok, I have to give this Wendy’s a pretty big shout out!!! I pull up to speaker and expect a rough rude voice like most fast food in Toledo. Nope ! The girl was super nice, professional and polite! I get my order fast and hot. The gentleman that gave me food was again nice and polite! Thank you guys for a great job!! 6-29 @ around 10:50 am.

I am in love with the seasoned crispy potatoes! Both flavors of Frosty-ccino are delicious but the vanilla is addictive! The croissant & bacon have no flavor. The sausage is a little on the spicy side. The classic sandwich bread bun in the best bet.

Very polite. I had two orders, and one I needed made special. Not only did they make it just right. They bagged them separately so I knew which was which. And my fries stayed hit until I got back to work. Great job you guys.

I was at this Wendy's today around 4pm and I ordered a single with everything. I want to give the cook and whomever prepared that sandwich a standing ovation. That burger was so good and the meat was hot and the cheese was melted, OMG that burger was so good I inhaled it. It was good to have an old fashion Wendys burger!!! Keep up the good work.

Drive-thru was busy but not a lot of business inside. The people were very nice. Two workers came out to check on my family of 4. Clean and peaceful. Bathroom was clean.

The staff is friendly and are motivated to get you your order in a fast and timely matter. I highly recommend this place to anybody who are hungry and in the area. 🍔🍟🍪☕
