I deliver to several or your stores and this one particular store is located in Valley View, OH. I had the privilege of meeting one of the kindest spirited people. If I remember correctly, I think her name was Holly. (Shipping area) She was very helpful and was just an all around joy to speak with. To be honest I hadn't smiled in weeks but she changed all of that. Thank you Holly and keep up the great customer services.

Great selection for anything you could need to help your restaurant or foodservice business. Checkout can be slow sometimes

JC works hard and does a great job for the things he has to go through even in bad weather he has to be outside loading. You have to treat people with respect no matter what the job may be and he has plenty of regulars who can say the same. No place is perfect but he makes sure he’s helpful when he can be.

First time visiting and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Twice I needed help and they assisted me right away. Their prices are very good, I only saw a few products with better prices elsewhere. The store layout was easy to maneuver, each isle properly labeled.

Great place, thankful for a business that sells to entrepreneurs at a great price!

One of the best restaurants depot I have ever been ... Appointment was for 1 pm on 2nd Jan 2023 ...and I got here midnight 1 Jan 2023 and sleep in the parking at 5:25am a beautiful girl show up and ask me if I would like to be received early to which I said sure would love too .... They took me in and out in no time ...very blessed and sure restaurants depot must be blessed with workers like them ... Thank you guys lots of love and appreciation from bottom of my heart ...happy new years.

I absolutely enjoy shopping here for all my business needs. I am always shopping here on a bi-weekly basis with some of my workers who always want to come with me to Restaurant Depot. The store has a large selection of goods that you will never find elsewhere at those comparative prices. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always helpful. Keep up the great work and stay safe. I highly recommend Restaurant Depot for all your shopping needs.

If you own a bar or a restaurant this is a great place to pic up most of everything that you will need. No need to have to shop yourself. You can always use this in house service that will pick up your whole list have have it waiting for you. Only catch is that you should give them 72 hour notice. You can not just show up with a list and say get this for me. That will not happen. Yes sometimes the pricing is wrong but everywhere I shop for home or business has always had some trouble with getting the correct price on everything. They have made good on the wrong price for me several times. Yes they are staffed well and the staff is running around like a chicken with its head cut off. this is mainly due to the inexperienced shopping or the home shopper that access to the Depot and expects the staff to treat them like they are shopping at Giant Eagle or Sam's Club. These guys do the best they can in the work hours allotted to them. I would suggest having an evening crew to restock. This would take a lot of frustration off the staff and regular customers that shop here.
If you think this is a great place to shop for your home. Its simply not, Just about all homes are not designed to hold number 10 cans or vegetables in their pantries. Everything needs to be purchased in bulk. This isn't the dollar store people. Its called Restaurant Depot for a reason.

great variety of stuff. some prices are a bit high but if you are in the restaurant biz then you should shop around anyways.

I have been shopping at Restaurant Depot ever since they first opened more than 5 years ago I've been a dedicated customer I love the customer service I love the quality of the products are I love the price of the product there I love everything about Restaurant Depot they have everything that you need if they don't have something they will do research and see if they can get it for you I've had very good experiences with that the price is always lower than other competitors in the same industry I'm very happy with that that's what US restaurant owners love fresh Products that allow us to sell our customers as quality product that is fresh at a low budget price I couldn't believe the prices and I mean they got me stuck I wouldn't go anywhere else if I didn't have to get other objects and items from other places but sometimes you do have to travel outside of you know your normal to get other things that's not Restaurant Depot SWAT but I still wouldn't trade them for any other place in the world thank you Restaurant Depot I love you guys and everything to do over there and Valley View and that's yours truly from Pete's Deli on st. Everything you need for home or restaurants and then some. Walk in freezer is ice cold so wear a coat.
