I have purchased and sold many houses with joanie and it has always been a good experience. She always make herself available when I need her and she is very helpful.

Joanie Petroski entered our home with a stranger without our consent when we were not home. She entered the premises without a 24 hour notice from our landlord, breaking the law. She then left our front door completely unlocked which we discovered upon our arrival home. This expressed a complete disregard for us and our home, and forced us to involve law enforcement.
I can confirm that Tiffany Dean's attestment that Joanie Petroski tries to play landlord is true as it has been my experience as well. To elaborate, she has been completely out of line as a realtor, and has expressed a complete disregard for landlord tenant laws.
She conducts herself as if the law and ethics do not apply to her and will not stand in the way of her getting a sale.
It is not my wish to go on a negative tyrade about this woman, but my family and I have had no good experiences with her so long as she has been involved with this property.
My advice is to avoid her as a realtor if you do not want a lawsuit on your hands, because she will break the law, forcing your tenants to take legal action to secure their home and rights.

I had a "run in" with this "lady" and her boyfriend. She has gotten involved in her boyfriend larry Jordan's rentals as well. Her playing landlord is a big issue. Not only is she very unprofessional she is very rude and has not a clue what she is talking about. This house that was rented 8 months ago was no where up to code by state law. The lease was broken many times and she wanted to fight over damages that was already in the home when it was moved into (window and such) this house as well as others owned by this "man" are on parkman road in warren ohio. This man as the landlord agreed to giving back $450 of a deposit due to some normal wear on the house as well as broken blinds (understandable) until she got involved and wanted to make stuff up and quick to talk about taking it to court while knowing no laws abput rentals.... Maybe she is okay at selling houses but as a person she has an ugly personality and is very unprofessional.
