The Smaller of the Mohican State Park Campgrounds. Campground B is located just downstream of the Covered Bridge and is set up more for primitive camping and does not have Electric Sites. It does offer fairly level gravel parking and each site has a picnic table and fire ring. This campground is more secluded and quite and all sites have great views of the Clearfork / Mohican River. A great place to relax and getaway. The river offers great fly fishing with trout and bass.

I love the State Park at Mohican. Many cabins to rent. Have not tried them yet. Tubing is allowed in the park which looks fun. The built in swimming pool is very nice. Play ground and swings for the kids. Campground B is the primitive campground. You can also use the facilities in campground A also.

Quiet campground with river side sites. A little wet when it rains but otherwise great. Well water and outhouses, no electric or flush toilets. Good fishing in the river for trout and bass.

Reserve online, no walk-ins. Peaceful and relaxing. Pet friendly. Can't wait until next time.

Stayed at Campground B for the weekend and it was beautiful. Right next to the relaxing stream and not too many people. Still had access to main area facilities such as showers, pool, and wifi so it was an awesome stay!

Primitive camping and campers awesome area and plenty to do with in walking distance approx.1/2 mile total round trip hiking to the dam across the covered bridge and take the trail all the way to the top of dam and see alot of cool shaded areas for pictures and breaks. Kayak or canoe from dam back down under the covered bridge and past the campsites and the current has always been easy to paddle back up to the campsites if yo want to keep going for a longer trip.lots of hiking trails and paths going up hill different directions, lots of squirrels and birds some rabbits very few racoons. Well patrolled by rangers, I've never seen anythingget out of hand and we spent alot of time camping down there.
