They had some great quality coffee and the service was good as well

Early morning drive thru coffee was delicious. The customer service was friendly and prompt.

I'm always happier patronizing Biggby than I am their corporate competitor. Biggby is more authentic with a better product.

This Biggby is close to my place and it's super convenient! Just went over this morning and the new mustachioed manager is phenomenal! He did a phenomenal job handling the drive thru and making drinks all on his own during opening shift and was kind enough to let me use a coupon that I left at home but had a photo of! Keep up the great work!

My local coffee grab! I roll with ice coffee or cold brew in the summer but they Make it all and well. The staff is friendly and the store front is clean and set up for a convo with friends or some homework quiet time!

I live closer to Perrysburg, but I work near the Byrne Road location when I am running late I have no choice but to stop at the Byrne Road location. It always takes forever in the morning to get my coffee in the drive-through today. I waited approximately 25 minutes in the drive-through ridiculous, it always takes this long at their location , my girls over at the Fremont Pike Perrysburg location can get me in and out in 10 minutes or less when they r busy. If the Byrne Road location knows that they are super busy every single morning they need more than two workers. Why hasn’t the manager put more than two workers to keep customers Satisfied?????!!! They don’t ever run specials like Fremont pike location in Perrysburg. Perrysburg does BOGO Wednesday, Free shot Friday’s, and takes expired coupons

See lot of people complaining about the wait time, it's really not that bad, there are 2-3 people working there and if you ever go in the store you'd see just how much they are doing at once

I came through the drive on 11/16/2021 @ 330ish pm at the Byrne location and there was a lady who went above and beyond for me and my sister we got caramel mocha and she added chocolate chips. So I wanted to thank you for looking out for us ☺☺. Stay blessed

It can get really really busy on the weekends. In the winter, its especially hard to get in because the inside portion of Lucky's only has 10-12 tables. They have a large patio so seating almost doubles in the summer.As I mentioned, the food is AMAZING. I have tried several things but my favorite are the shipwreck & breakfast burrito.

I don't get out very often for coffee and there isn't a Biggby coffee close to me, but I would rather drive the extra distance to get their coffee over many other places. I like their large selection of fun combinations that I don't see at most other coffee joints. No matter which fun combo I try, I always walk out happy w my new coffee combo/flavor discovery

I stopped coming in a few months ago after declining customer service with one girl in particular that used to work around 5pm. I took a chance with this shop again recently and Jeremy was working. His customer service is great and he is very pleasant. I've been coming back several times a week ever since. (Even if whoever does the stocking is slacking.) :)

My only stop for coffee for the past few years. The baristas are courteous and friendly. They remember who their regulars are and know what you'll be having before you get both feet in the door. They know I'm the butter bear guy. Only one draw back, is when they have one person working. For some reason that's when the crowd starts coming in. But, I guess that's Murphys Law. Other than that, they are all over it!

I went there because I received a coupon from an email. I'm glad I did! This place is awesome!! The coffee was fantastic!!! The lady working there was super cool!!!! Great Experience... I will definitely return to that location in South Toledo. 👍

Great place to stop in and spend an hour getting some work done. Good coffee, friendly staff. Plenty of room, and since its a little tucked away its rarely packed. Easy in, easy out. Oh, and a fireplace.

It's a locally owned franchise, superior quality over Starbucks. Met the owner once, and believe we should support a superior locally owned business.

I love this location. The staff is always very friendly, the treats delicious (just had a cream cheese coffee cake muffin that was superb), and the coffe fresh.

They were understaffed and out of everything. But, they handled customers and everyone with respect and kept a great attitude. I was in there at a table for about an hour.

Staff always friendly, if a bit unorganized. Excellent selection of flavors, as well as beans to take home.
