The techs who work here are rockstars. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When I first purchased a unit from brainmaster they walked me through every piece of equipment probably 10 times because I have the worst memory and needed them to repeat things. They were very patient and didn’t get mad or upset or made me feel like they had somewhere else to be (which has happened to me MANY times in the past when buying new technology, but from other companies). I feel like an expert now and I am confident and comfortable every time I use it! Many thanks to the Brainmaster team!

Scientific, effective, dependable and affordable, a great decision.

I can't say enough about Brainmaster and Brian, who has been such wonderful support, for me, while learning this new equipment. He is extremely smart and knows this product very well. He took me by the hand and walked me through every step while getting to know this product!! I'm so excited to work with my patients while using the cool multi-media software. Training for them is going to be so much better and a lot more fun!! They will want to keep coming back for more!!

State of the art EEG neurofeedback equipment that you can count on! I’ve purchased this kind of equipment from other companies in the past, but they were unreliable and had too many issues. I’ve been using BrainMaster now for over 3 years and never once had a problem.

I own an Atlantis 4X4 and the unit quit working. I called and talked to Leanne and we went to Teamviewer and she quickly took over the computer and found that I needed a new driver installed. We were done in 10 minutes and everything is fixed. I'm very happy!!

This high quality, clinical equipment has consistently performed extremely well. Brainmaster's tech. support is of the highest caliber and has never failed to help me. Exceptional company with V good service

Brainmaster is a dangerous company. If you are like me, the reason you purchased from Brainmaster is for the use of their neuro-feedback machines with your child. The unit I bought was designed to provide feedback directly to my son's brain. That is why it is so dangerous that they have technicians who know almost nothing about the technology training people like me on how to attach this to my child's head. There were constant errors made until I felt absolutely terrible about going one step further with my son's brain at stake.
I simply asked to return the unit to them and offered to take the hit on a restocking fee but they did not budge. They would not offer one red cent of compensation for 5 months of frustration and failure. They simply offered to have me talk with a technician.
There are much better options out there. This company is not safe nor ethical.

Horrible customer service. Tech support barely answered their phones, and when I did get through I spoke to a young man who treated me like I was an idiot for asking a simple question about the expensive equipment I just purchased. The owner was no better. I met them at a conference and they seemed more interested in talking negatively about their competitors than anything else. The software is complicated, and when you try to get help you are told to get training from a "sister company". The sister company is oddly owned by the same people, and then you're back to square one with the rude tech support guy. Other people in my field have had similar experiences, and I have had it recommended that I try a competitor. Don't ever give them your email, either. They send at least 3 emails a week about their training sessions. My unit has been sitting in a box for the last few months because I can't find anyone to purchase it, barely used.

So, please don't purchase at BrainMaster Technologies. I purchased a thousand/two thousand piece of equipment that stopped working within the month. Upon calling and shipping it overnight to the company, because I had clients waiting to have sessions, the company decided to "fix" the equipment and send it back to me at my own cost, not theirs. They took five working days instead of the advertised two days, and they made me pay for the shipping back, even though it is pretty clear to me that they sold me a "dud". What am I supposed to tell my clients? Yes, umh, it might be working this week but we don't know about the next...sorry! There have been more things wrong with this than I can count. George, at the tech department, is completely and utterly useless and he never has any patience to explain a procedure for us to make the equipment work when it decides not to save a file, or something or the other (it's nearly every week). Worst equipment around and worst technical support ever. Will not be purchasing any other pieces. Changing to another brand soon.
