AC wasn't working. They could have told me it needed a new compressor. I wouldn't have known. Said mouse chewed through some wires. Inexpensive and fast repair.

I want to say this is the best place to take your vehicle they are very honest, and have worked on our cars for two years anytime we have a problem Joe or Jerry says bring it in we see what’s going on! They had my van for a month I had a electrical problem they worked on it tore it apart didn’t charge me till they found out They were stumped everything they thought it was wasn’t, but it was a sensor in my back door of my hatch went bad they fixed it and I was on my way!!! I highly recommend them for your vehicle work the prices are very good and they’re all very friendly there. I just want to say thank you!! Keep up the good work!!!! 😊

Joe and Jerry both worked on my Kia Sorento due to an oil leak. Both Jerry and Joe went above and beyond what was needed to get my oil leak fixed. I appreciate all they did and all they do as most companies would charge you extra for all the extra time and effort put forth. Thanks Jerry and Joe for all your hard work and dedication. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any work done on there vehicles. They are reasonably priced as well!

They were recommended to me from a friend after our mechanic lost his business during COVID. They have been taking care of my car for the past two years. After calling around to several different shops for quotes, we finally landed on these guys. Not only did they charge almost $300 less than everyone else...but they took us in the same day and had us out in less than the amount of time originally promised. Also....my air-conditioning works now...and I didn't even ask them to take a look. Lol 10/10 recommend. We don't plan on going anywhere else in the fiture.

They were recommended to me by a friend so I checked them out to do some brake, caliper and rotor work. Great service and you don't feel like your being messed around with like some other places. I'd recommended to anyone needing automotive work done.

If you want the best service and best price in the area this is the place to take your vehicle! This group of mechanics will not upsell you on the things not needed but they will inform you of maintenance that could be coming down the road. You really can't find that in a shop these days because everyone else is looking to upsell on maintenance that could wait or just to line their pockets. These guys stick to their word and provide the greatest customer service and mechanical ability around. I will continue to take all my vehicles to them for any repairs!

They have worked on my car twice now. I believe the first time about six months ago for an oil change and again last week to fix my heat shield and to change transmission fluid. Both times communication was on point. I’ve forgotten my extra key there and they went above and beyond and called me to remind me. More importantly the service was done well and quickly for a good price! I definitely see them becoming my new go to place!

I was coming home from work on Wednesday May 4th around 5pm and was about 2 blocks from True Quality when I could smell antifreeze and then noticed my temperature gauge was going up...I pulled into their lot and a gentleman greeted me and I asked if anyone would be able to just look at it quick to see what was going on. He grabbed a flashlight and found the problem. He went and called a bunch of places to find the part, found it and told me he could have it fixed the next morning. I was so happy about this! I had noticed a noise earlier in the week and asked if when they were done fixing the broken hose if someone could take it for a quick drive to see if they could see what I was hearing also and he said, sure! He called me around 10 the next morning, told me my car was fixed and what the other issue was. He had already looked to see what it would cost to fix that also...I told him I'd be making the appointment in a week for that! I'm not sure of this gentleman's name, but he was wonderful and the customer service was amazing! I am new to Dayton and was so scared I wouldn't be able to get my car fixed or even where to go...they were my saving grace!! Thank you so very much!!!

Im not much of a reviewer, but I had to come on here to say that these guys did a fantastic job. They replaced my power steering pump and belts. The price was more than fair. They got my truck in and out fast, and the work is perfect. I am very happy with True Quality Automotive and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Honestly this is the best mechanic in the area and I've been to more than a few. Joe really knows what he's talking about very thorough and skilled. Jerry is patient and knowledgeable at explaining things. This is a place you can trust! Thanks guys!!

I have spent 40+ years as a motor head, I pick up very quickly how proficient a mechanic is. I spent a few hours around True Quality Automotive when my truck had to be towed in. I had the opportunity to watch Joe (the owner) and Jerry (one of the mechanics) twisting wrenches and they displayed excellent mechanical skills and shop practices. I highly recommend this shop.

True Quality Auto is Exactly want it Says they are., and it's been awhile since I had Mechanics that Heard My Concerns and were able to advise Me Just what I needed to Keep My older Car Running Great. My Car is a 2003, Toyota. The Guys at True Quality Know their Stuff. And Not Expensive as a Dealship. My Experience with them, was Nothing Short of Great.

Had a headlight I had no desire to figure out its issue on my own, let these guys handle it and had my car back in no time. Not too shabby of a price, very convenient to just drop off and pick up fixed. Appreciate yall

My old ac compressor was no longer good anymore so I went to them to get a brand new. It’s blowing icy cold. I literally couldn’t be anymore happier. Not to mention the price I paid was pretty much cut in half of what other places wanted!! I will be returning!!
