Awesome service! We had a blowout on the freeway and we showed up at 4:30pm on a day and they got our tire replaced. They even stayed later to make sure we were happy.

Everyone I talked to and dealt with treated me professionally and respectfully, I even contacted the wrong location but they were still super helpful and accommodating

Had a slow leak. Got in, got out, all fixed in under 3 hours and under $20. Staff was friendly and professional.

These guys are amazing! We were visiting from out of town and had an emergency AC issue in 100 degree heat with three small kids. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, honest and professional and the service was prompt. If we didn't live 10-hours away we would be back!

The store was almost closed (10 minutes before closing) but they stayed open long enough to replace my flat tire with a new one.

I went in to get a throttle repaired on my car. Mike and his work associates were absolutely wonderful. They are professional, easy to talk to about my car and they were informative. Overall I just really felt like I could trust what they were saying about my car. I highly recommend this location.

The entire experience exceeded my expectations.

Alvin at the front desk and John the manager were truly amazing. My brakes were giving me trouble and I also needed an oil change. Alvin and John took their time to make sure my troubles were heard and understood, my questions were answered, and I could afford the services needed. I felt they were truly there to help and did not attempt to take advantage of me by offering services I did not need. I appreciated their expertise immensely. In addition to my day job, I am an Uber driver. As such, Uber has a partnership with Firestone for discounts. Both Alvin and John easily accepted the discount code and did not seem annoyed about it, which I appreciated. John went out of his way to help me get to a cost I could manage.

To reiterate, I am extremely happy with the care both my car and I received. I will be returning to this Firestone location specifically because I feel the staff is trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable.

Also, since I waited at the location for my repairs to be completed, I saw Alvin interact with many customers and he is really wonderful at his job. His customer service skills exceed expectations and it seems he loves the work he does. He's truly a valuable asset to the front end of this Firestone.

Awesome service will be taking our car back for a tune up. Had a bubble on my tire got it fixed in no time. Even though they were short.

I'm so grateful they were not busy that Sunday morning when, an hour away from home and needed tires because, i got a screw in my tire.

I use to love going to Firestone especially when I had my Firestone credit card. I messed that credit card up. I was able to buy new tires for my car as I wish I was more responsible with credit back then. Now it's coming back to haunt me and also hurt my credit at the same time. 😕☹😑

I had a wonderful experience at North Randal Firestone. The team was very professional, mindful of my time, and greeted you with a smile as if they had known you for years. They were cheaper than other car repair shops in the area.

I'm new to Cleveland and this is the first time I had to do something semi-major to my car and had to look for a new shop. I had a good experience with a Firestone back in Columbus, so I thought I would give it a try. I found two locations near work. I went to the 3582 Lee Rd location in Shaker Heights first, but unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Really, I don't think the guy could have cared less about what I needed. I thought I would try the other location to see what would happen, and boy what a difference! Holly at the front desk could not have been more helpful and professional. She listened to all the issues that I had with my car and presented me with a variety of options. One of the issues was with a high-pitched noise my motor was doing. She offered to just have the pulleys and belts checked, and then go from there. She printed everything out in detail with pricing and details on how to contact her back. When I called back to schedule the service, she surprised me by telling me that she had done some research on her own and found that it was common for Hondas to start making that noise after 100,000 miles, but that it was only temporary, but that they would still check that everything was ok.
I took the car in and ended up having 2 tires replaced, oil change, alignment, the belts checked, and brakes cleaned. They priced out the belt changes since nothing ended up being wrong with them, and Holly applied every single coupon that she could find applicable on the Firestone website. Just excellent.
So if you're having any kind of problem, I really recommend this spot. While there I noticed other customers talking to some of the technicians on a first-name basis and very friendly-like, so it seems like the good customer service is exhibited by everyone there and they have retained long-term customers. Go check them out!

John was polite professional and quick. Needed brakes and got car back before my work shift was over. 100% recommend.
