I had an absolutely amazing experience shopping here - my sales person was Alex, he was wonderful to work with. We had a little bit of a blip in the delivery but the staff beyond worked things out for me. Daisy and Alex hands down made turned things around into a seem less operation and I cannot express how thankful I am that they helped me out. Thank you!! My little boy is so happy about his new bed!

Our salesperson Martin did an incredible job assisting my wife and I purchase a sectional today. We had been dreading the purchase process because of how some people can be aggressive but Martin was not at all. Q was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He is extremely professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. I moved across the country and just unloaded into my new home this morning to find that my sofa wouldn’t fit, and I needed new seating right away. Not only did he help me find the perfect fit for my new home, but he took the time to walk me through everything beginning to end. I come from a sales background and can smell the typical upsell sales pitch, and smarmy tactics. Q is anything but. I would recommend him to friends and family without qualms, and he made Morris home a destination for all my furniture needs. Q, I cannot thank you for being genuine, authentic and caring. Don’t waste your time at four other stores before stopping here as I did. Ask for Q at the door!

Travis immediately greeted us at the door and guided us exactly where we needed to go. He shared information that we needed on options available and then left us to discuss and explore the store on our own which was appreciated! He was around when we had questions and helped us make the perfect decision on our new sofa. The shopping experience was perfect and we will be back in the future.

My parents and I were accompanied by Quantese (Q) and his manager Daisy who were amazing people! They helped us immensely with deciding which furniture pieces to purchase. They helped us for a week always answering any questions and explaining anything that came up during the process. They are very kind hearted people making jokes and it made us feel welcomed and comfortable to talk about any concerns we had while purchasing. We were able to fully trust them and they gave us amazing advice. My mom constantly negotiated the price and they even adhered to it at times. They offered many discounts and we even got a free blanket!! The experience was amazing and anyone who is interested in buying new furniture I highly recommend shopping at Morris and their lovely staff. I know in the future we will be purchasing from there again!!

Travis did an excellent job of showing us what we were interested in finding for our home. He listened to our needs and led us to several options. I came in looking for accent pillows for my sectional and Dianne was so helpful! She helped me pick the perfect fabrics for my custom pillows and even made a virtual render of what they'd look like on my sectional. Also enjoyed window shopping the large selection of furniture.

Edited to add that a few days after we placed our order, Dianne found out one of our chosen fabrics was discontinued. She searched through the available options to find the best matches for our vibe and color scheme while I couldn't visit the store in person and really saved the day! Thanks again, Dianne!!

Trent is great and willing to talk about all the options you have and so patient he will go over them a couple times if you need (like me). Daisy helped us wrap up the financial part that's usually dreadful she made it painless and quick.
