Red Roof Inn Columbus East - Reynoldsburg

I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews but chose to stay because I had to work, figuring I could switch hotels if I didn't like it. I ended up staying a total of 3 weeks!!! First of all, when I walked in they didn't have a first floor room available BUT they literally went and cleaned one for me. Like a deep clean, it was great. The housekeeper even helped me unload my luggage from my truck which he did not have to do but I am so thankful that he did (lots of suitcases on me). They gave me a great weekly rate. The room was mostly clean of course, and completely free of bugs! And no matter what time I went to the front desk, there was usually someone there to help (there was only one exception in the entire 3 weeks I was there which is impressive considering their current staff is small). The only things I could say are that the drawers need to be cleaned inside but that's a small oversight; I had another bed I could put my clothes on. There is also currently NO BREAKFAST. I believe there is coffee but I don't remember. There's a Tim Horton's within walking distance though, and a Waffle House down the block. Overall, I suggest you give them a try. Hotels are always a hit or miss but this new management team definitely has the right thing going.

Looks like rooms are renovated will large TVs, Wi-Fi was very easy to connect and good speed- watched a movie straming and it did not glitch. Was very quiet, other than group of workers leaving for work at about 7am. Just remember they charge deposit but refund on departure. Will be back again.

I want to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mr. Mac is very funny and helpful. Mr Bob is also helpful. The housekeeper for my room was very courteous. The remodel and cleanliness is also great. I've been at this location multiple times over the last few weeks. It's in much better shape then before. AND IT'S BUG FREE😊

Complete New and Clean rooms at a very less budget, Awesome room service and kind staff…

One night stay are pretty good and they maintain standards unlike other redroof. So safe and good place to stay!

I believe based on some of the older reviews that this hotel has had a major overhaul recently. I booked through Priceline to stay June 4th through the 7th. Easy check-in. Front desk was extremely polite. The room was clean, the location is very convenient to I-70. I extended my stay and there was an issue because of the 11 am check out and the 3 pm check in but the front desk worked with my reservation and was able to fix the issue. The cleaning staff and other staff working on the rooms near me were super friendly. They have been putting in the work to make this a great place to stay and deserve credit for doing so. I have no negative comments to leave!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place! The night staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Easy check in. The room is immaculate. The beds are super comfy. It is pet friendly! And, inexpensive! It truly feels like home away from home. They also have free coffee in the office!!!

Decent, clean room. Soft bed. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. They were even willing to match internet pricing, politely and with no hassle. Bathroom a little small, but all the necessities. A good basic room for a good price. I will stay again.

I liked that this hotel had a security guard roaming their parking lots throughout the entire night. The staff was polite and the rooms were clean. That's enough to make me return

The mattresses here are to die for. Best night's sleep in a long time. Come through here all the time to visit my daughter. It's always clean, cheap and the beds are the best.

Quiet. We received the Superior King room for the same price as the standard double. The room was clean and the bed so comfortable.
