I did my business with Al, whom I was told just retired, but overall my car has been running great! I just paid off the lease in June, having two years of payments. The vehicles may be returned for any or no reason, with no penalties or hassles if someone chooses to do so. When I bought my car, Al told me he doesn't sell anything with over 150k miles on it, and my car only had 104k (just saying). Plus, they reimburse up to $35 for oil changes and will replace the engine and transmission if they go out. My down payment was $695 for a 2008 Ford Focus SES. Payments start at $70/week, or that's what it was when I purchased my car. Al struck me as a man who did NOT believe in selling junk, and he had pride in what he sold, the way most Americans used to be. Mackey Motors is NOT like a typical buy here/pay here lot, as those places typically do sell overpriced junk. Hopefully those who took over the business will be just as great as Al!

Paid off our truck recently from Mackey.. honestly one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. No pressure from anyone, super sweet & friendly lady at the front desk. They worked with us to make the payments affordable and even took care of regular oil changes while we paid it off. Will definitely buy again if we spot that car that catches our eye! I'd give more stars if I could!

Ms Karen is AWESOME! She put me in a car quickly😊... it RIDES SMOOTHLY n i havent had any issues except once, a few weeks into my lease my battery on the car went out well they got me in IMMEDIATELY and fixed it! They charged me NOTHING for the issue and the mechanic was so quick I was able to simply wait at the office during my lunchbreak...he fixed the battery and I was back to my office beyond quickly! I was just amazed! Then I tried to pay but they told me since I've been paying on time and haven't had the car even a month yet THEY WERENT CHARGING ME...smh I was so grateful!...Ms Karen is always fair and understanding and she will always work with you long as its within reason smh...I'm jus so glad I found their dealership!! Truly Awesome People!...TRULY GENUINE PEOPLE!! Not to mention VERY AFFORDABLE AND the process is painless!! If u need a car GO SEE MACKEYS!!!

All Mackey is a rare find. He's honest, he's straight forward. Sells and backs up some really decent vehicles. We've bought four vehicles from him so far and what little issues we've ever had, he's taken care of imediately. Top notch mechanics. And Karen at the desk is awesome. Always a joy to talk to. I will continue to utilize his auto services for years to come. Highly recommend him and his staff.
