I purchased a bedroom set a while ago from here, the sales person was very friendly and helped me to pick out the proper set at the right price. Delivery arrived on time and without a hitch. After some time of abuse (lots of pets and a rowdy child) the set has held up quite well. My most recent purchase included a sleeper sofa and recliner. Again, the staff was very pleasant to deal with. My sofa is super comfortable. The recliner I wanted wasn't in stock, but Joe, the manager, helped me to find another just as comparable. The recliner is nearly identical and equally as comfortable. Will recommend their services.

I purchased a Living room set almost a year ago and it's still like new. The sales person was a true gentleman. There were alot of other custmers, but he never forgot me. Not like those other big chains, that made me feel like I was just a number. I received my furniture in a timely manner and the guys who delivered it, were in and out. It's time for a Bedroom set and this is the only store for me. I highly recommed V.G. Nicols.

I have been shopping for furniture with my wife for close to 6 months...I was ready to shoot myself if my wife didn't decide soon.. I am so glad we met John and Andre...they both worked with my wife for close to three hours...I was sure they would give up just like every other salesperson in the bronx Brooklyn and queens...but they didn't...they held up and packaged three rooms of furniture for my wife and I ...not only could I retur to a normal life now that my wife decided...I GOT SOME OF THE SAME FURNITURE SHOWN TO US I A FEW PLACES IN THE BRONX FOR HUNDREDS LESS!!!!!! Dont know how they do it but thanks guys ....Delivery went perfect with the exception of a damaged night stand which was replaced the next day.

bout a pullout bed and recliner my items were fine, we picked up vs delivery. No issues easy peasy.

Not a fan. Ordered some furniture and asked for a partial refund. Item was not in stock. Picked something else. Hopefully the item will come in on time.

The staff was very helpful specially John. I'm waiting for my delivery I ended up buying something.
