This is my go to furniture store. As a repeat customer I will say I love the great customer service and quality of the furniture. Needed to buy almost everything when I moved a yr ago and everything was a smooth process. I wasn’t pressured into buying the most expensive items in the floor like a lot of places do. Financing is available and as long as you listen to paying off the furniture after a certain amount of months, you won’t have to worry about extra charges for not meeting the early buy off.

Recently moved into a bigger place and need a new sofa. So of course I came to Basha. After asking a few questions he helped pick the perfect sofa and now I can’t wait for the delivery.

I walked in with my mother to purchase a new couch and I can confidently say we have never experienced better service than at Basha. Nael was phenomenal, he showed us multiple different type of couches with different designs. He even showed us products that he could get for us if we wanted something different. Highly recommend this place, leave those low quality companies where they are and come to Nael at Basha. You won’t regret it I promise.

We are moving to a new home & we need a couch delivered for December 23. We’ve been having a hard time looking for a store that delivers on that exact day until i found Basha Furniture on instagram! They initially told me they do not deliver on that day but they made an exception. I’m excited to see my new sectional! Thank you Basha for the exceptional costumer service!

Basha was extremely patient and helpful with the whole process from start to finish. I’m very detail oriented and like to write everything down and he took his time to explain everything while I took my notes lol to compare prices and see what works best for my budget. I didn’t feel forced or like someone was trying to make a sale. If you’re looking for affordable trendy furniture this is your guy!!!

-From the moment i walked in, I was approached and assisted by him directly.
His warm and welcoming demeanor created a positive first impression that set the tone for me. He went above and beyond to address all my requests. I told him EXACTLY what i wanted and when i wanted it delivered by.AND HE DID JUST THAT!
It is evident that he takes pride in his store and genuinely cares about providing exceptional service for his customers. He got me EXACTLY what i wanted within MINUTES

I find it so important for people like me, (especially women) who shop for furniture, cars, or a house to find a genuine salesmen to assist them the right way without screwing them over because they see her alone. As someone who has dealt with this alone in the United States over the years, i can say he is a major standout when it comes to warmth and making everything go as smooth as possible.

My husband and I found were searching for a furniture store and we came across basha furniture. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. One of the associates customer service was phenomenal. He helped showed us around and they had a great inventory selection. Everything we needed was available! We also went through the 90 financing option, we got to pay for everything after our furniture was delivered which is fantastic!

After searching through the big name furniture places for the right bed, and price to no avail I'm so glad my mom remembered Basha Furniture. Found the perfect bed, that I could afford! Quicker than expected delivery and set up. It's a great quality bed that can withstand an active 4 yr old. My daughter LOVES her bed. The owner was great, so personable and hospitable. I'm so glad I didn't settle with those big chain companies. I will definitely be checking out other furniture pieces there. Shop local!!
