This is my second time getting a car from Lindsay Acura and it was an amazing experience. Jason, was so helpful and patient with my indecisiveness of what model to get. He was also super knowledgeable in all the different trims of the model I got! Oh btw that's a 2025 Mdx A-Spec which was not even on the front sales lot and he went and found it for me in the back lot so that I could test drive it. 5/5⭐ for the dealership but 100/5 ⭐ jason!

Had a great experience and got my latest car from Lindsay! Walked in, knew exactly how I wanted to do things and that’s exactly how we did them. I worked with Z, he was fabulous, fun, and a great listener. He also worked on my behalf. If you’re in the market for a new car especially if you’re having problems with other places, I recommend going to Lindsay and asking for Z! Also, Nick, who I believe is the GM is also a great guy! Second time coming to this dealership and Jordan did his thing!! Unfortunately I totaled my TLX he sold me back in July of last year but I took it as a sign to upgrade :). !! Jordan never misses when it comes to finding the right car , he got me in my new RDX… if that’ wasn’t enough upgraded my boyfriends 22 ILX for a 24 Integra same day!!

I'm about to get my third Acura, but this is the first time I've worked with Lindsay. What I have really appreciated as I've worked with them was not having to do the car dealership song and dance, back and forth for hours. I knew what I wanted, I had done a good amount of research, I had an idea of the cost and what I wanted to pay (both total cost and monthly).

I had literally spent hours working with the dealership where I got my last two Acura's, and it was exhausting. I contacted Lindsay, talked with Alan, set some things up via text, email and went to visit them by the end of the day. The next day (today), I'm signing the paperwork on my new vehicle. Nick, the sales manager, was also excellent, and I just really appreciated the straight shooting approach.

What a great experience dealing with Lindsay Acura. Tabitha is one of the best and made the transaction go smoothly throughout the process. I live an hour and a half away and asked if she wouldn't mind walking around the Acura 2021 that I was interested in and take photos of any flaws she might see and text those to me. The vehicle was flawless. She was a joy to work with. So much so that I drove a friend of mine all the way to Columbus to purchase her Acura. We recently purchased a vehicle from Lindsay Acura, and I honestly have never had a better experience buying a car anywhere else in the past 20 years. This is actually the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from there, (last time was 2016), but the experience this time was exceptionally great - thanks to Jordan F, who knocked it out of the park for us. He located the exact model I was looking for, and for a great price. He was super helpful with answering questions, got us answers and updates on the spot, was kind and professional, and just made the entire process super easy for us, saving us much time and effort - which is extremely valuable.
