I highly recommend this business to anyone. When getting into accident and calling over 10+ body shops, Stateline was the last shop I contacted but Kerry was the first to offer to bring it in that same day to take a look at it. Kerry the owner, was so informative and took his time to explain everything to me when he could’ve easily been doing other work. Maggie was so helpful in explaining paperwork, insurance and answering any questions I may have had. This shop is smaller but do not let that fool you as they are AWESOME! The entire process was so smooth and professional without the “commercial” feel to it like I was just another customer. They even hooked me up with a nifty keychain flashlight and goodie bag once I picked my car up.

Turnaround timeline was right on track with what was estimated/quoted. Customer service was great – Matt handled just about everything from the insurance company to the rental car to communication regarding vehicle repairs and timeline. I had a minor repair that needed attention quickly, and I called to probably 5 repair shops and they stated they were booked for months. Kerry and Matt got me in for an estimate and we made an appointment a week later. They were extremely professional and efficient, and kept me informed through the entire process. Best repair shop I have ever been to, by far!

Matt and his staff at Stateline are top notch. When my daughter got in an accident in Oxford and we were 4 hours away they took care of her as if she was one of their own kids. It made me feel really good knowing that her car was in the hands of such honest and trustworthy men. I would recommend Stateline to any in the Oxford area. Matt was exceptional throughout the entire ordeal. Great communication with every step of the process. He went back to the insurance company after the initial estimate they gave was inadequate and got them to agree with the repairs needed. The quality of repairs and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. For these reasons, I continue to use Stateline for all our repair needs.

We drove 50 miles from Cincinnati to have our Pathfinder fixed up. We had an inch diameter, paint chipped hood dent, quarter panel scrapes and a crushed back bumper. They worked with us on how best to make the repairs affordable and our car looks great! Great paint job and it looks and feels brand new. They are very professional, easy to work with and their garage is very well organized. You can tell right away that they take pride in what they do. The drive was worth the peace of mind that it was done right.

The service was excellent. I was given a very accurate estimate. Setting up an appointment was easy. I needed a replacement receiver/hitch for my 1999 Ford truck. The job was completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased overall.

I would never take my car anywhere else. I had 8,000 miles on a new Volvo when I struck a deer at 65 mph. The front end was so badly damaged that you couldn't even tell what kind of car it was. After they repaired the car and fine tuned all the mechanical and electronic equipment, my car was returned to me as though it just came off the showroom floor. They are a pleasure to work with and treat your car like it was one of their own. I rated them with the maximum of 5 stars but I would have given them 6 stars if the ratings allowed it. The photos show after the accident, then after the repair.

Kerry and Matt were very positive and helpful. Matt kept me informed. They went to bat with the insurance company. The car looks great. After repairing it, they vacuumed and washed it, and it shines.

Nothing big, my Forester just had an accumulation of blemishes and it was beginning to look less than it could look.
WIth out a moment hesitation I took it over to Kerry who went over every inch with his sharp eye and years of experience. Just as stated in the estimate and the proposed time table, the car was back in our drive way looking like new! Thanks Terry and your talented team.

Not only did they do a perfect job, they are also good people. No overcharging and they'll make you feel at home. I picked up my car around 6pm and the owner and his wife waited an hour for me after closing!

My car had a huge dent and the passenger side mirror broken off. They did a job so good I'm honestly not sure where the dent was anymore. Also cleaned my car and touched up some scratches by the time I picked it up. 10/10 service. I highly recommend.

Top notch. Parking lot damage to my RAM 1500. Allstate insurance comprehensive claim. They filed the claim with Allstate. I just dropped off the truck and picked it up when it was finished. Excellent.

Owner is great, a true car guy. He understood the vision I had for a certain look as an upgrade for my new truck. They smoked the tail lights for me. Quick turn around within 24 hours. Looks awesome, couldn't have asked for a better job and turn around time.

My car had been in an accident, and it was not drivable. I searched many body shops around Oxford, Hamilton and Fairfield but the results were disappointed. Only Stateline was willing to give me an estimate and help me out without a long long anxiously waiting. Kerry and Maggie were super friendly, they understood my situation and gave me many useful advices. They are very efficient and do great repairs. When I got my car I found it was like new. Thanks to Kerry and Maggie, I can get on my ride again!

Kerry and his team took such great care of me during a stressful time, and their expertise and craftsmanship are like no other. The office manager, Maggie, was so patience and friendly every time I called. While I certainly hope I won't need any body repairs/painting in the future, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to let Stateline take care of me again, if needed. Highly recommend!
