Drop In Tea

My favorite tea shop in Oxford! Service is always friendly. I try to get a new drink every time I come. My favorite drinks so far are the Pomegranate Berry Tea, the Fresh Berry Slush, and the Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie.

I love this bubble tea spot! The staff are so nice, and the bubble tea is so delicious! I was visiting from NY, and never saw the flavors Drop In Tea has before! I wanted to try them all! Too bad this bubble tea spot is not in my state, because it is now my favorite!

Got the strawberry cheesecake with tapioca and my goodness was this the greatest drink formulated that ever went down my esophagus. Pure deliciousness and the worker was incredibly nice.

i absolutely LOVE Drop In Tea. I'm not a huge fan of the actual boba pearls, so i really appreciate how diverse their menu is. My favorite thing to order is the Fruit Tea Slush with fruit popping pearls. I love this place and the staff have always been super friendly and given me good info on the menu choices.

The milk tea is very authentic, fresh, tasty, and top-notch. The staff goes above and beyond to give customers a great experience. We love their milk tea and will absolutely return for more!

The tapioca was super soft. My mom had the brown sugar bubble tea and I had the earl grey bubble tea. Both were delicious, I would totally come back again :)

I got mango coconut milk tea! Very authentic taste! The place is clean and nice, worth to go!

Very detailed and delicate made drink. Lovely staffs. Good customer service. I tried Jasmine Milk Tea and Super peach Oolong tea. Teas smells good and taste good. Many people recommended Fresh Taro milk Tea because the smash tarp are homemade. I haven’t tried yet but looking forward to. Will share it later with pictures! If you are a fans of milk tea or fruit tea, don’t miss out this store!

Edit to original review: changed to 5 stars. This is honestly the best milk tea spot in uptown and the fact they reached out to fix their mistake goes above and beyond! Everyone makes mistakes from time to time and I hold no fault against them for the future. I've been here several times since the fall semester has started up again and will continue to do so until I graduate! Thank you to the owners of Drop in Tea for making an amazing product and having amazing customer service as well!!

Original review: I've been here several times, and honestly this is the best boba in uptown, but when i arrived today (around 4:00 pm) the door was locked and no one was answering the phone despite the sign saying "open" and the hours listed on the door saying they're open till 9:30 pm. This is just poor business. We waited for about 15 min to see if possibly someone was on break and would return (though no sign indicated this) and in that time 7 other people walked up to the door to find it locked and left. That's a lot of business lost. I'm not sure what happened today but if the hours changed or for some unforeseen reason you had to close early this needs to be indicated to your customers. I know i took my business elsewhere and I'm sure others did as well. It doesn't matter how good your product is if your customer service doesn't match.

Very authentic taste, just like those you had in your hometown. The owner and barista are nice and will customize the tea according to your requests. They use the real thing, from the tea to the cream, not those cheap, pre-mixed junk in supermarket. Trust me, I know the difference as I used to chug hundreds of cups of bubble tea every year.

The staff is always friendly. My favorite smoothie are the Matcha and the Belgium Brown Biscuit. Prices are okay and I come here on a regular basis
