I bought a home that Debbie was selling 4 years ago and we always remained in touch. Her name is always on for sale signs all around the area so 4 years later when we decided to sell I knew I had to call her! She was so prompt, prepared and absolutely knocked it out of the park on the open houses. We couldn’t have asked for more and can’t recommend her and her team enough! They didn't waste our time looking at houses that were not right for our family (which previous realtors did). My fiance and I were super lucky to work with Debbie and Joan throughout our process of looking for a house. We were looking to be first time homeowners and were very unsure of the process, but Joan and Debbie taught us soo much of what to look for and what to watch out for and what to expect throughout the whole process.

I have been working with Debbie Carpluck since 1992, when I was searching for my very first home, on which I closed in Dec 1992. I found Debbie to be fun to work with, attentive, reliable, trustworthy, energetic and professional. So much so that I returned to her in 2008 to attempt to sell my townhouse. Unable to do so due to poor market conditions, Debbie suggested that I rent out my townhouse, which I did. And she assisted me throughout the whole rental experience. In 2012, with Debbie's expertise once again, I was able to sell my townhouse. When my family was faced in 2018 with selling our mother's house, our childhood home, I once again called upon Debbie, who made a heart wrenching experience for us less daunting, displaying empathy and compassion throughout the entire process. Debbie and her associate, Joan Brandmeier, were able to sell our mom's house at the very first open house showing and for above the listed sale price. I intend to call upon Debbie once again in the not too distant future when I begin the process of selling my current house and downsizing back to a condo.

Debbie and her team are hands down, bar none AMAZING. When we conducted our initial interview Debbie and Joan were punctual, knowledgeable and personable. They had all their ducks in a row and guided us to achieve the same. Needless to say we looked no further. They stayed with us every step of the way for an effortless sale. Debbie Carpluk is amazing. I stumbled through interactions with other local real estate options through Zillow.
