Irina Amir helped us a great deal handling our purchase start-to-finish, including all paperwork, processes and interaction with all parties. I was very satisfied with the attention to detail and the professionalism that she exhibited. I've noticed a number of bad reviews of this agency. Since I have only dealt with Irina, I do not have experience dealing with the entire company. Nevertheless, Irina did a great job, and I keep recommending her to my friends and neighbors.

Great looking venue. Liquor selection was not the best though.

First time home buyer. I Do not recommend working with this vendor or if purchasing a home represented from by this agency proceed with caution. They are not helpful when trying to find out information about the home they’re representing. During open house they advertised that the home came with new windows/screens. We noticed the second floor & side door didn’t have screens & asked about this during the whole process. With no update, we followed up at closing we mentioned the missing screens & they said they’ll look into solving this issue. After closing they take forever to respond and send an email saying it’s too bad & we asked about the screens after closing, which isn’t correct. After chatting with the owner, we agreed that it was a miscommunication. But still frustrating that the people showing the house was promising things that didn’t exist to get the house sold. Be sure to take what they say with a gain of salt until you have proof that what they’re staying is true.

I had a very strange experience with this agency from start to finish. First I had to chase them down to find out who represented a property, was told to view the house on my own and after all that I submitted a formal cash offer close to asking price with proof of funds and never received a response on whether or not it was accepted. Horrible customer service. Will never deal with them again.

If you're considering selling your house, I'd recommend exploring other real estate agencies. I tried reaching out to this agency multiple times, but unfortunately, I never received a call back from their agent. Remember, you often get what you pay for. If you're searching for an agency with lower fees, be prepared for potentially lower service quality.

Very rude experience when interacting with an agent while waiting for a legible lease agreement. "We knew you couldn't afford it". Unprofessional way to conduct business, because the agent was mad the lease was not applicable to the arrangement of all inclusive apartment. If you are young they will look down their noses at you. Looking forward to an apology, sending screen shots to management tomorrow.

What a low end, unethical brokerage this place is. They are dishonest, don't disclose issues with properties, and exaggerate how a place will look before they get you there and waste your time. I would not work with these people at all, find a more reputable place.

I've never seen anything like this. Home inspection on my house today. My wife and I stepped out to allow inspector to do his thing while we get breakfast. Come home to realtor and buyer in my living room with no masks just lounging on my couch. Realtor had no idea about protocals set forth by board of health and thought that a hard surface sanitizer would sanitize my couch. I'm so shocked that the staff at advantage realty is not trained whatsoever at proper covid protocals.
