This branch is very friendly, the manager Alexander always go out of his way to say hi to the clients and even remembers my name every time. Banks need more engaged managers like this.

I am always greeted by the personnel in this bank. They are friendly, patient, and always helpful. One customer service person, Bhehm Ramprashad in particular is an example of this attitude. But I must say, everyone is friendly and helpful. They make banking a pleasure to look forward to.

The individuals that assist the public at this branch are extremely helpful and caring.

I'm not even a customer and Bheam took the time to process a complicated request for me that took well over a half hour. If they treat non-account holders this way, I can only imagine how well they treat their own customers.
