Should you ever need the services of this company ABSOLUTELY USE THEM. Yes they took best care of the collecting, cleaning, pressing, storage, and delivery of our belongings. But in addition they are extremely kind, friendly, understanding, and very accommodating no matter how many visits we took to collect items. They held our belongings for 16 months until our house was repaired. Great customer service, great work, and a really great experience during a difficult time for us. Thank you all for all you did for us.

We recently had a fire. They took all our clothes. Delivered them to our temporary housing after they were cleaned. Did a fantastic job. No smokey smell at all.

Capitol Garment Restoration was contracted through my renter's insurance to help with the smoke damage throughout my apartment after my building had a 4 alarm fire. I can't praise Randy and his crew enough for their reliability, professionalism, and just overall human decency. Going through something like a fire is incredibly stressful and emotional and every person on their team went above and beyond what was required to thoroughly clean my apartment (every single article of clothing, linens, bags, shoes, and furniture) as well as listening to me vent and understanding what an emotional ordeal I'd been through. They were easy to reach for scheduling and to answer questions that arose during the process and did a great job cleaning every single piece of textile I own. Can't recommend them enough!

After severe smoke damage from a fire, Capitol Restoration restored all of our items and gave us a price that we could afford through insurance. In addition to cleaning and repairing our items, the Capitol Restoration team went above and beyond and advised us on next steps as the apartment was not safe to live in. We had no prior experience with fire damages and the team helped us through the extremely stressful experience.

These guys are the best in the business by far. Professional, friendly staff, amazing quality with a state of the art facility. Too many items were damaged by their process with not the slightest apology from the owner., instead, the owner tried to bully me in justifying their poor quality of service because of large inventory of items and the fact my insurance company paid less than what Capitol wanted.
