I love this post office. The two front desk ladies Tasha and Laurel is so sweet:) they always say hello and are very kind :)

I ship a lot of packages from this post office and they are always nice!

Everyone is always nice and accommodating at the Batavia post office. If there's a line, they work quickly to keep it moving. My only complaint would be that I receive my neighbors' mail on occasion, but that would be it. Otherwise, my mail arrives around the same time every day. I really appreciate their dedication to their job!

My daughter lost the key to my mailbox when I was in the hospital. My mail deliver knew something was wrong and she had them hold my mail at the Batavia P O. They held it for 2 months until I picked it all up. After 10 days they send it to our downtown office. I was so grateful and all the staff and carriers have always been so helpful and nice.

Every postal worker here that I've encountered have been over friendly, helpful, and patient. I can ship something from here to almost anywhere in a couple days. I go a mile or so in the other direction and put it in a Cinci zip code blue box and it can take 5+ days just to get an hour or two down the road. Swore off of all postal places around Batavia besides here unless companies require othe carriers

My route tends to be a 'test' route or get a lot of new mail people, which is fine, they've all been wonderful and I have no complaints.

The few times where I've had to be present to sign for a package and I wasn't, they've been quick to give me times and dates I can collect it from the post office itself. Staff there is always kind and I've had no issues.

I have always had pleasant interactions with the Batavia Post Office. I frequently ship items that I sell online, and I still prefer to go into the location to purchase postage. Sure, I may have to wait a few minutes from time to time, but overall I get in and out pretty quickly. The staff is always pretty friendly - but I'm also a bit of a regular. They are always knowledgeable about shipping options.

The post master was extremely helpful and polite with resolving an issue I had. I wish I had his name. His customer service skills were 10/10 and he went out of his way just to fix the problem. This post office is the only one I've been absolutely pleased with out of the 8 I've dealt with in the tri state area.

I applaud the workers at the Batavia Post Office. They have always been very helpful and efficient. I've dealt with post offices from the East coast to the West coast and now the midwest, and this post office is by far the best.

One of the largest in this part of the county. Usually very busy because it is the post office for the county seat which serves many county offices. May be a line but they go through them quickly.

Good customer service. I didn't have a long wait. They handled all of my packages with care.
