They did a complete remodel after existing bathroom was torn down to the studs. Shower. Commode, new sink & vanity and tile floor. Their customer and I were completely satisfied!

Jeff and his crew did a wonderful job. They transformed our dreary basement into an entirely new room. I can't recommend these guys enough! I'll be calling them I'm the future to do the rest of our house!

To be fair, I can only blame myself because I'm old fashioned. I paid for a job without looking at it. I assumed the kind, professional men could not possibly do a horrible job. I paid them before I inspected the work because it would have cost me more time to make an extra trip, right? Wrong. They put what should have been a bedroom door deep into a hallway so that the bedroom door closes access to the furnace, laundry room, bathroom, and bedroom. How can you miss a bedroom entrance? When I raised the concern with the owners, they refused to accept any accountability, blamed me, and refused to correct the issue without an additional 900 dollars. In proper context, I originally paid them an extra 500 dollars to install the bedroom door. Money wasted.

They offered to give me a discount on other carpet!! Meanwhile, I have a door that is installed so obviously humorously...that it is embarrassing and unusable.

Carpet prices were cheap...but get everything in crystal clear writing with illustrations. A better company would have offered a credit or discount and not insult to injury.

Do not use this company, our experience was horrible, we raised concerns about them placing tile over our shower window and they did it anyway, the grout job was one of the worst I’ve seen including no two grout lines looking the same, I have pictures that I presented them and the secretary said I’m sorry that looks horrible and offered me 100$ off lol. They left our bathroom a mess and left black grout on everything. Easily my worst experience with a contractor.

The whole process of dealing with this company was a hassle from start to finish. We went into the showroom to pick out samples and schedule a measurement of our house. The day they were supposed to come out they didn't show up so I called 10 minutes after the time frame window had expired and was told we weren't even on their schedule. Once we ordered our flooring it took 9 days before I got an email saying that carpet was discontinued, but they had already taken our deposit money. We had to go back again and pick out something different. They did honor our original estimate at least. After a couple weeks they called to schedule our flooring, it was set for Wed, Thurs, Fri the following week. When I called early in the week with a question about having the house ready, I could hear them asking someone in the background were they even supposed to be at our house on Fri - at this point I was told to plan on Fri unless I heard otherwise. Carpet people were late both Wed and Thurs. When I called Wed to find out where they were there was no answer at the office. Carpet people did not clean up fully, we found 5 nails/staples when we vacuumed (with a young toddler and 2 dogs this is a big safety issue) and they took a small chunk out of our wall moving furniture back. Finally at 4:52pm on Thurs I called the office right before closing to find out when they would arrive Fri, at that time I was told they couldn't come Friday and it would be Monday. Friday they call and say it will now be Tues at the earliest. We had arranged our childcare/work schedules to accommodate them in the first place, there were carpet edges left open all weekend, so this was all getting very frustrating and inconvenient. Their excuse was they are a small company and got busy. At no point did we get any proactive communication from them on what was going on. Once the jobs were finished I sent my husband in to pay - they only charged him for 1 invoice but had flooring and carpet on 2 separate invoices (all estimates were sent and approved by me, he was just following my directions to go pay). They didn't even collect our payment correctly, so NOW I get multiple phone calls over the weekend from them saying WE didn't pay all our invoices, making it sound like we weren't trying to pay when they didn't realize we had 2 invoices to close out. I called Sat to pay and express my frustration at the whole process, they were unsympathetic, couldn't process my payment then over the phone, said we'd have to call back on Monday or make another trip in to the store. My family has used this company for over 30 years now and always had good service under previous owner and recommended them...none of us will no longer be using their services nor recommending them. We are happy with the end product, but the entire process and service was very unprofessional and frustrating.
