Peak was amazing the entire time. I live all the way up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and the shipped it to me! I received video of the car insode and out, running, and performing normal opporations, any photos i requested, and even video of it being loaded on the trailor. Everything was included in the final price, I put in my down payment, got approved crazy fast and only 1 hit to my credit score. I worked with James the entire time, he always replied to ALL of my texts through our almost 4 month process (not a big deal, got my car delivered in 5 days even with the weather being crazy and James kept my temps coming as the previous expired so i drove my car the whole time). and Gaby had to deal with our state's dmv process and they are rough to contact, but she got everything sent to my local office and was all cleared. I have been driving the car for over 3 months, around 2,500 miles in. Everything was great, I replaced my rotors and pads because I wanted shiny new ones, and I hit a bad pot hole that blew out the front ball joint, but my mechanic just fixed it and said the car is sound and looks great, got the allignment and that mechanic said the same. I am VERY satisfied with my entire process and just how absolutely amazing the communication is. 100% recommend! Thank you so so much James and Gaby, and just all of Peak Auto. Much appreciated.

Peak automotive is the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. All of the staff are very kind, honest and outgoing, especially Angela and Rachel, they both went out of their way to make our car buying experience very pleasant. Everybody did their best to make it very easy and enjoyable for us. These people truly care about their customers, they even bought us dinner and gave us rides to our hotel when we had no other way of getting there.
