I can’t recommend this store and specifically my representative Daniel Walker enough! Long story short I had issues starting a new line secondary to my previous cell phone provider. To say that Daniel was accommodating, knowledgeable and professional would be an understatement. I believed I arrived to the store around 3:30 (the store closed at 5.) We didn’t end up leaving the store until 6. Another customer walked in after hours (I’m assuming because he saw the lights on and saw Daniel and I sitting there,) and he helped the customer….. not once did he voice complaints about having to work after hours, he seemed genuinely concerned about me. This guy is a rockstar and I can’t recommend this specific store enough. Thank you Mr. Walker! I’ll be back!

Came in with a 2 o’clock appointment. Josh was prepared with my phone and was very pleasant. He was knowledgeable and experienced, very proficient at his job. He made me and my family feel welcome and chatted the most with my kid. Made such an impression, thanks Josh for exemplary customer service!

Wife broke her phone and the screen would only display the top quarter of the display. Daniel W was able to get the information off of her old phone and into her new phone. It was a challenge but he got it done. Nice Job Daniel!!!!!!!!

Laura Cooper was very professional, fun and took care of all my needs, wants and answered every question I asked and then some. Although a bit pricey she has me thinking on upgrading and when/if I do decide I want to only deal with her. Great experience unlike other stores I have visited.
