KFC

I had an amazing experience here from these staff! They were exceedingly kind and generous. I left a personal item that was rather important to me during my stop here. Since I was on a road trip I was too far to retrieve it by the time I realized. They were great with getting it back to me safe and sound. Very amazing staff!

UPDATE 2/29/24: I received a phone call from the (actual) General Manager who apologized profusely for the Manager I had the encounter with (2/25/24) - whom actually was not the GM of that location. She was in training to help out as a travelling manager who helped out at other locations. The real GM of that location is now deciding what is the next step for the person I encountered. The (real) GM was nice enough to offer me a free meal on my next visit. I wasn't looking for free food (just wanted to report the other person), but I did graciously accept her offer.

I applaud KFC for handling issues promptly and do what they have to, to insure (and retrain) individuals in proper customer service etiquette. I will absolutely continue to be a customer at this location. (and for the actual GM of this location is why I readjusted my star rating to all 5s) 😁🍗

2/25/24: I went to this KFC for my lunch break (30 min). I ordered the Nuggets Smash Bowl and the huge $5 Lipton Brisk (raspberry) tea. I got halfway back to work, and noticed the tea tasted funny. It was "Sweet Tea". I went back to the drive thru. The manager was at the window (could not see her name). I asked for what I had ordered, and she proceeded to tell me (rather snottily) that I got what I ordered.

I told her I ordered Raspberry Tea NOT Sweet Tea. She proceeded to argue with me. She told me she would not take this one back and would not give me a proper one. She told me she would either give me a CUP of Raspberry Tea, or she would have to charge me another $5 for the Raspberry tea. So with her sucky attitude, I placed the food and the (wrong) beverage on the windowsill and demanded a refund (which I got).

Do not waste your time and money at this KFC - they DO NOT care about the customer. (By the way I wasted my whole break with this woman). There are many more reputable places on Route 50. I cannot believe she is the General Manager with that totally sucky attitude. She REALLY needs a refresher course on Proper Customer Service!

Recently stopped in just for a drink. Samantha was the one to ring me. She was very friendly and I always appreciate good customer service! The store was clean and so was the bathroom. Appears to be a well run store with great management!

Been there once. As other reviews mentioned. It. Was. Amazing. I've been to other KFCs and this was awesome! I'm hoping I'll keep my 5 stars but keep you posted as I keep visiting.

Everyone who says they aren't nice? It's super busy most of the time and it's hard to focus on doing your job and being nice. Let things settle before we judge.

The workers were absolute legends. Especially William Braithwaite he was so kind to me and he was looking hot in the uniform. Andersen was even better so polite when I needed anything he was there. Even Ryan Watson was amazing. He had great skills as a register.They need to hire more people like them. Give them a raise as well.

November 5th we went to KFC and everything was delicious the chicken was crispy not greasy the potatoes coleslaw gravy was great. Periodically we have been there and it's been terrible today was delicious hats off to the chef keep it up

Ordered through the drive-thru and had the pleasure of interacting with Mark. He was friendly, patient as we chose from the menu, and upbeat! He even complimented our car after we got our food. We would go back simply for the service!

I was going to go to the Queensbury store, but I thought I would stop at the Saratoga one instead. Its can be a little harder to cross over the traffic lanes, but it is worth it.
I really like how the store is set up! It lets customers look right in while you can watch them cooking. I like the board showing who is cooking, and who recieved the chicken, and other notices were people could see.
I noticed good communication, team work, people who seemed to work well with each other, and the staff showed respect to each other and talked to the customers if they had questions.
The person at the register was engaged and friendly. She made sure, by speaking with the customer, and calling off the order before customer paid, to insure everything was good.
I appreciated that I was able to ask for a change of the 4 piece asking to replace the 2 thigh, 2 legs, to 3 thighs and 1 leg.
I also have to say that the chicken was the best I have ever had at KFC!! So crispy! And so much meat on each!!
I will go out of my way going forward to shop at the KFC 🍗
In Saratoga...this was a great meal!!

This store was recently renovated, and has enough space for several familys. The food was hot and good, and the service was exceptionally good. If you're in the mood for KFC in the Saratoga Springs area, this is the location you want.

Other than the occasional long line, no issues whatsoever here. If you like KFC, you'll like this spot. Same building as Taco Bell too, so if you like both, or can't agree on what you want, it's a great spot to stop.

Took my father and the chicken was great almost as good as the competition but I was raised on a different source so unfortunately for them to me they always be second choice no matter how good it is don't get me wrong it's great food

Given I visited at around 2:10 pm after the rush, the staff was very friendly and helpful with no idling. They met and exceed my expectations (especially for fast food restaurant). My 2 pc boneless chicken combo BOGO was honored without question. Food was surprisingly fresh and delicious even after carrying out and getting home 15 minutes later. Plus, with a Taco Bell restaurant neighboring this KFC, this place is definitely worth regular visits!

Saratoga kfc was excellent. Food was great and customer service was pretty good.

Always love the food. Have great deals. Only slow on busy hours due to having one person work front counter.

So I kid you not one day I came to eat here and the colonel was just casually sitting in the the lobby! I couldn’t believe my eyes, ever since I’ve gone here when I get hankering for some fried chicken and friends!!!

Friendly staff. Tries their best to greet you when you first come in. Does their best even when short staffed.

Even with the labor shortage, theu are handling the volume of customers politely and efficiently! Quality has not suffered!
