Kettering AutoCare

Have had a lot of car trouble recently and they have been incredibly helpful. I have been taking my car here for a while and they are always really helpful and have great prices. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I've been going there for years and they've always taken care of me, and giving me the best deal that they can give, they always do quality work and I've never had a problem.

I had the most amazing experience at this shop. I dropped my car off at night (utilizing their night drop box) and received communication from them in the morning. There was nothing they could do for my car in terms of repairs and shared it had to be taken to the dealership. The team was amazing at this shop as they researched topics for me, printed out handouts, educated me on what was going on, and allowed me to communicate with them about future services. They showed me so much kindness and compassion as I was very stressed out due to my lack of knowledge in the automotive realm. They were so patient and kind and I have referred them to SO many people I know just in the past 24 hours. I will ALWAYS be using them in the future and I recommend them SO SO highly.

Fantastic work. I’ve been here on two separate occasions, both times with phenomenal turnaround time and no issues after picking up my vehicle. Usually you have to choose two between time, cost, and performance, but with these folks you get all three!

I have been here multiple times, and every time they have given me a fair price with good work on the repairs! The last time I went, my van had an oil leak that had drained all my oil out and the power steering fluid leak. They fixed my issues pretty quickly, and did not charge me a crazy amount to fix them. I have been to other auto repair shops, and they buy far have the best prices around here.

After they were recommended to me by my friend Rudy, I have been going to Kettering Auto Care for my car repair needs for over ten years. Jason and the team have always treated me like family. I have never been disappointed in the services provided over the years from complex diagnostics to exhaust, brake, and tire replacements. I have recommended them over the years to many others and those people have always been satisfied too.

I called on Monday afternoon asking about the cost to check out my son's car (thanking it could be brakes). He said he'd check it out the very next day at 8:00. Chris, his diagnostic technician? called me within an hour and needed clarity. He drove again and couldn't hear the noise so the owner, Jason, called and said he was taking the car out. He called me and told me it was the front right brakes. He then said he was sending me pics and he literally went over them one by one explaining what the rotor and pad looked like. He gave me a very fair price. I gave him the go ahead and it was ready within an hour and a half. When we returned to pay and pick up the car, Jason literally took us and showed us the old parts and explained the problem in person. I didn't even ask him to do that...amazing.

Jason and his staff is now going to be our mechanics. I've NEVER experienced service and honestly like lise from a mechanic ever in my life. I'm 55+.

Edit: I have moved around and lived in 3 different states since this review was made. I still haven't been able to find an honest mechanic like the people here in over 6 years. I'm even considering driving 8 hours just to bring my car to these guys. This place is a GEM. So rare to find. They have 5 stars for a reason.

I have been using Kettering AutoCare as my go to repair shop for many years. I always have a positive experience working with Jason and his team, and feel like they go the extra mile and squeeze me into their schedule even if they are busy. Highly recommended for all your automotive service needs!

Jason and his team did a great job to fix the A/C and install new catalytic converter on my car. Though they were busy that day, Jason had managed very well to get the car fixed ASAP. The cost is also reasonable. Anyway, Kettering Autocare is the best shop which I have had cars serviced in so far.
Highly recommended!

Would like to say thank you to the owner and the older gentleman that did the work ,
I came in with a bad leakage of the antifreeze I did suspected it was the radiator, and it was they where able to replace it & get me in and out in couple of hours, since I am out of town they did great to get me back on the road , everything is working good and if this rating 5 star is till here that means thier work holds up thier reputation.

There are three things you want from an auto repair shop: Mechanical expertise, honesty and fair prices. Kettering AutoCare delivers on all counts. They've been my 'Go To' shop for several years and I've never been disappointed. They recently replaced my exhaust system. The job was completely quickly and the cost was less than expected. I can't recommend Kettering AutoCare enough! My car is 20 years old and for the 17 I've owned it I've been bringing it to the best mechanics in the area at Kettering AutoCare. They provide reliable, honest, top-notch service at a very fair price. I made the mistake of going to another shop and they tried to sell me something that wasn't needed on top of other issues. I took my car back to where I should have taken it in the first place and Chris assured me that my car definitely didn't need those parts. Jason, Chris, and anyone else there who has worked on my car over the years have always taken the time to explain what they are doing and why. I appreciate everything they do and will never take my car (or any future cars) anywhere else. They are the best and I tell anyone looking for a great repair shop to call Kettering AutoCare!

Jason is absolutely great and easy to work with. I needed some work done to my car, and after our back-and-forth emails discussing the vehicle/situation, I brought it to the shop (As well as the parts that I supplied). It was finished the same day, and I even got a discount without asking. Will definitely be returning as a customer.
