This place is definitely a 5 star place. I came in with two firearms (a black powder rifle and a 1911 colt) and they turned out awesome. Three other places said they couldn't help me, but within 2 hours they were working like they came off the rack. My main complaint is that I haven't heard about this place sooner. Gem gunsmithing is definitely a hidden gem. I'll definitely be going back again.

Joe and his group there were so courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and refreshing. It was a pleasure doing business with them and hope to do more in the future. They helped us through the whole process of purchasing, using, and owning a firearm with a professionalism and welcoming atmosphere that can't be matched. Joe is the best! He repaired the tricky trigger and safety assembly on my Remington Targetmaster while I waited. He will get all my future firearm business.

Joe takes care of you the moment you walk into his shop. No matter what you are looking for he has and if he doesn’t carry he can order for you. This is the best gun shop I have ever been in

THE OWNER JOE FIXED MY THOMPSON CENTER 22 CAL SEMIAUTO HE REPAIRED THE GUN AND NEW WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM WAS . THE GUN WAS SENT BACK TO THE COMPANY FOR REPAIR BEFORE THEY COULD NOT FIX IT . JOE FIXED IT ; WITH IN 10 MINUTES ;. PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH JOE . WILL ALWAYS HAVE JOE REPAIR MY RIFLES. THANKS AGAIN
