Amazing! As soon as I walked in I knew I made the correct lunch choice. The atmosphere has amazing energy! Every employee was happy and energetic! I was bummed I couldn’t tip them for the amazing service ! Super fast efficient and delicious ! Thank You!

I appreciate Chipotle for fast healthy food that doesn’t cost a fortune and this location did not disappoint. We ordered online and it was ready really fast. They got our 5 meals correct. Food was hot and delicious. We also love the kids meals come with fruit and a drink. I also love the many vegetarian options .

It was very good the food & work staff was great. Loved it.

Stopped by here on our way home to CT from Montreal. Easy pit stop, friendly service and clean restaurant. Of course food was delicious.

Chipotle is always a safe place to eat if you have celiac. Just let them know you have an allergy and they'll change their gloves, do a line wipe, and get uncontaminated lettuce and cheese for you. The staff on duty the evening of Wednesday May 3rd were particularly delightful. Chipotle is lucky to have them!

The line worker who made my bowl and told me that she/they make something similar- that made my day!!! Veggie Bowl with white rice, extra of both beans, and fajitas as the best part. I appreciate the queso recommendation! I’d never tried it before even though I get chipotle fairly frequently. Good service!

The 5'7 male employee with piercings and green hair was an amazing employee and did everything really well. I wish I knew him so I could thank him personally. The dark haired woman with the funky circular glasses; on cash also was an amazing employee. So was the ginger with the weird purple underside. Overall very good experience.

A fast pleasant experience. The workers were fast paced even though they also had online orders to do. I didn't have any wait and the food was great. Always appreciate it when I stop in and get faster food then a drive thru line!

Average Chipotle, on brand good food.

IMO, better than Moe's. Chipotle chicken has better flavor. Most Moe's I've been to locally the tables are dirty. Chipotle dining area looks to be kept clean. Staff is friendly and in and out times are quick. Highly recommended.

This place is fantastic. The food is always hot and fresh, and prepared so swiftly that even a line out the door is dispatched within a few minutes.

I will eat here any day, any time. The value is good, and I've never been disappointed with the quality.

They even catered my wedding, and everyone loved it.

A tale of two chains.

Chipotle and the wish version of it “Moe’s”.

However you feel about masks just read my review of Moe’s to understand whatever side your on I think there is some common ground points I make.

Anyway. I have trouble breathing (or maintaining adequate Blood oxygen levels) and honestly I am tired of making a big deal about my health in public, being singled out about it or having to struggle with a face covering just to blend in.

I came here to get food. The staff told me to mask up I asked if they made any legal accommodations. Teen enforcing the policy had no idea and politely grabbed the manager. Manager explained “chipotle is enforcing a mask mandate even though there is no state or county one here. I could order online”

I responded that that was inconvenient but I understand their policy and her position. I asked if shed be willing to make a legal accommodation and take my order from either the front door or while I sat at one of their tables. ( as per their policy and #science covid doesnt work if you are sitting down. It cant get you apparently hence the packed dinning room of maskless people but everyone standing wearing the paper compliancy garbs)

The manager said “sure”.

Proceeded to take my order out front, prepare the food and brought up my order.

Super friendly and understanding.

I get people are afraid but be honest its a tiny store theres no difference between people sitting and standing whether they are eating or not. These rules have just gotten silly.

Anyway the difference is chipotle can enforce an unpopular store policy effectively with out being nasty, disrespectful or discriminatory. Moe’s clearly cant.

Moe’s was a 30 minute ordeal of abuse, ignorance, and even law enforcement being called

Chipotle taking 5 minutes total start to finish. Getting my food and being treated like a person.

If you've ever been to a Chipotle you know what expect from the food. However this location under new management just runs smooth as silk. Take out orders done punctually. Ever with a line out the door it moves fast. Staff is friendly and efficient. Best run chipotle I've ever been to.

Kendra and the team of workers there @ 4pm, 12/13/16 were THE BEST! We had a short wait till steak was cut up, they were courteous, pleasant and so friendly. A stellar experience, and the food was worth the wait.

This is my favorite place to eat! I eat there three to four times a week!!! The only thing is is they started being chintzy on the rice and the meat at this location all other locations have still been the same so if you go to the one in Wilton just make sure you look at your bowl cuz they only put a little bit of rice in a little bit of everything instead of filling it up :-) but I love it and I will not stop going!

We love Chipotle and eat at the clifton park location several times a month since its closest to our house. We tried the saratoga location today and the atmosphere is 10 times better than CP. Its nice and open whereas clifton park is very small and cramped . Its so busy all the time so its a hassle to get in and out but the Saratoga store was very welcoming and relaxed and the employees are really on the ball. The rewards thing was having a glitch but the manager comped one of our items to make up for it which we thought was excellent customer service. Would definitely go to the Saratoga location again
