Fast service, very friendly staff, restaurant clean and neat

The only Dunkin’ where my Matcha is tasty plus these team (Sunday) has a good attitude which I appreciate.

Josh and Craig were lovely as were the other 2 other guys helping me today(shorter stature fellow and a dark haired fellow) all super nice with handling my issue with a disgruntled employee from a DIFFERENT store. very caring employees here. made me my drink perfectly. .thnx 4 letting me sample cold foam(wee bitsweet but it was good!). You made the day groovy!#blessed

All the desired coffees and donuts available. However, someone was handcuffed after coming out of the bathroom, then taken away... Other than all the cop cars and the tow-truck being in the way, it was a normal Dunkin'... 🤩

Tiffany and Amber were a cup of sunshine on a very bitter cold morning for me! Fact: you can actually hear a smile through a speaker. They were so cheerful and happy I swear it somehow made my coffee and toasted bagel taste even better.

Got the ice mocha latte decaf and it was great. Perfectly mixed and tasted amazing. Usually they dont do such a great job at this dunkin but they have really stepped it up lately. I am very impressed with the service that was provided. They were quick and very nice. Great service

We went there in the evening, so they were closing. I ordered a coffee for my 200 mile drive ahead on that day. The guys behind the counter were really cool and fun to joke around with. Great job with my coffee.

The Bath Dunkin Donuts store is by far the best DD's I have ever visited. The store is CLEAN, the personnel are professional but friendly. The food is awesome and fresh. I visit this restaurant nearly every day. they know me and my preferences and accommodate my requests. They smile! ( and the bathroom is spotless, clean! ) 🙂. You can judge the business by the conditions of their bathroom. I've been in other Dunkin Donuts in the Steuben county area and in one the bathroom is dirty, greasy . Anyway Kudos to the Bath, NY Dunkin Donuts!!!!

They are very nice but always busy. Be prepared for long lines in drive thru or go inside.

I think Dunkin Donuts is the BEST place for coffee and donuts anywhere in the USA when traveling. Coffee is delicious and you can trust them. They will always have a fresh pot.

I truly believe dunking donuts coffee is underrated. It's hot, fresh and delicious. I wish we had more locations because I would frequent more often.

I order the frozen blueberry coolatta, best drink I ever tasted. The staff is wonderful as well. Very fast and efficient.

They have a tendency to not fully fill my hot vanilla chai drinks, but they are always really great about fixing it, and my service is always swift and polite. Great place.

This place is always clean and the employees are always upbeat and in good spirits. Their donuts are always fresh and I absolutely love their coffee.
