I’ve been coming here for awhile, but for the a & c with tips I was skeptical because of the reviews. In the end, they actually pulled through and my nails turned out pretty nice. The price for a French manicure was $55.

Had a great first visit at Hello Nails and will definitely be back! Alina was helpful when I was picking out my color and my nails look great! So happy!

Hello Nails must be the best nail salon in Saratoga Springs. Wonderful selection of colours, attention to detail second to none. Highly recommend Ken who did some of the best gel nails I’ve ever had.

I have been searching and searching for a great place for pedicures and have had the hardest time finding a place that is clean, efficient, and offers that spa-like experience.
I finally found all of that here. I was shown to my spot right at my appointment time, and the pedicure started immediately. The experience was relaxing and the polish applied perfectly.
I also opted to upgrade and paid extra for callus remover (I have rough heels) and for the warm jelly like substance they wrap your feet in first.
This added $20 to the $45 basic pedicure, so it is a little pricier than some places, but so worth it!
Highly recommend.

I’m visiting from out of state, and since the weather was dreary, I decided to treat myself to a pedicure.

I have to say Joy gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and I wasn’t rushed like some places. I had the organic spa pedicure with callus peel. My calves were wrapped, she massaged my calves and feet, exfoliated, used some hot stones/reflexology. My feet feel so light and I feel so relaxed. This was about an hour long pedicure.

Some reviews mention confusion over prices, but anything extra, just say no or if you say yes, expect an extra charge. They even have signs in their establishment stating that English is not their first language, and who to speak to if you need assistance. I think that’s very considerate of them.

The man at the front desk could have been a bit friendlier, but as stated above, English isn’t everyone’s first language here, and to me, the service is what matters most. My interaction with him was only brief and didn’t affect my overall experience.

If I didn’t live out of state, I’d be a regular here.

Very polite staff and clean space. I went in for a regular manicure and Lina could not have been nicer. I hard on my hands for work and manicures usually only last 2-3 days for me, but 4 days later, it's still good.

I really liked that they also put up a sign explaining that some of the techs speak English as a second language, and if you or the tech need some help communicating, there are designated folks there that will help. I didn't need to do that, but it was a good way to make sure all involved feel like they are getting/providing service.

Hello nails and Alina are amazing! I have to book weeks in advance to see her because she does such an amazing job! The salon is very clean and has a great color selection and menu of services. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been coming to hello nails for my pedicures for a while now and they continue to do an incredible job. The pedicure is always so well done and so relaxing. The facility is clean and the staff are always friendly. I recommend!

Well here I was, Saturday evening the night before my birthday, and I realized I haven’t had my nails done in close to 3 weeks! I called the two spots in town I’ve tried previously and they were booked. I then called Hello Nails based on reviews and I was at congress park, so I was close. Leo took care of me and did an outstanding job on my nails. They are just how I wanted them for my bday tomorrow! Thank you Leo! :) I will be back!

So many unique ways to massage, used dif tools and wraps and stones. Mask still required and provided upon entry which was fine. The service was awesome, I wished they offered eyebrow waxing but they don’t, yet they’re REALLY good at what they do. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! If I lived here, I’d be a regular for sure! Thanks Ann! 🙏🏼

I have been going to Hello Nails for many years. Everyone working here is professional. The salon is beautiful, the music is spa-like and soothing - it’s a very relaxing experience. I’ve always gone to Mark for my gel manicure. He always offers suggestions when I can’t decide on a color choice and it always looks amazing. He is meticulous, with attention to detail, very personable and excellent at what he does. Also when your manicure is done you get a massage for a few minutes afterward (this is suspended right now but looking forward to when it returns)!

Best place ever! Love going there and having Joy do my ANC! Everyone they are very friendly and professional.

I made my appointment a few days ago to get my prom nails and a pedicure done because my usual place didn't have any appointments left and OMG I'm glad I did! Alina did my nails today and she took her time and made sure everything was perfect and let me tell you from now on I will most definitely be going there to get my nails done!! They look so perfect and I'm so happy with the way they came out!💅

yesterday was my first time going here after 10+ years of going somewhere else and I will definitely be returning for all my future appointments! The place is gorgeous, super clean, and everyone is so nice! The ANC manicure I received yesterday from Amy was one of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this place!

Hands down the best nail salon in the area. Extremely clean, professional and kind staff, and they do an amazing job. Pedicures are amazing and they go above and beyond, anc nails last a long time and come out close to perfect every time. I’ve never had anything less than an amazing experience here. The staff is so friendly and accommodating always.

I am a traveling Chef. I set up appointment for today at 2:30pm. The Lady that did the service was Lina. I have had pedicures from allover the USA. This was the best pedicure I have ever had. Thanks Lina.

Best pedicure and manicure I’ve gotten in a while. Walked in and was taken right away. I expected the normal 30 minute job. I did the spa 1 pedicure that comes with 10 minutes massage, and 5 minute hot stone massage. Pretty awesome. Will be my go to place from now on.

First time getting a mani in Saratoga since arriving. I googled and read all of the reviews and chose to come in this morning.
First off, I came before they were open and they were literally scrubbing the business clean. It was ridiculous how clean and efficient they were. I noticed the sign said tips wouldn't go through with debit, and since I was 20 minutes early, I ran out, grabbed the tip money and came back. With 5 minutes til open, Ellen went ahead and seated me.
I opted just for a french manicure, and quickly received one. Once I was finished I was seated at the hand dryer.
I have never been to a nail salon where they massage you after having done so with your hands. It was a really pleasant surprise and much more comforting than going to the salons I've been to before where they point you to the hand dryer and put up an egg timer.

It was overall the best nail salon I have been to in years. Any one who posts anything less than 4 stars is obviously out of their mind!
