I went here to get some new products for my skin care routine, one of the workers (i think her name was clara?) was super helpful and helped me more than my dermatologist ever did. within 3 days of using her recommended products my skin already feels and looks so much better.

Staff greet you immediately upon entering and assist with any and all questions! Once I had my products, they clarified some more questions I had, happily and fully! Always glad to go there!

This place has everything. They have a ton of makeup and brands that my daughter couldn't find at Sephora, but also hair styling tools and products, a salon, a benefit brow counter and great service.

I spend way too much time and money here but what can you do when you're addicted to makeup? The employees are always kind, helpful, and personable. Many times they've struck up conversation about a product I'm browsing and either gushed about it or given me a type of warning.
The store is always clean and organized.
I've never used the brow bar or the other services offered so I can't review on those. However, this is my favorite Ulta store!

I had a cosmetic procedure and needed a concealer for some bruising. I had some idea of what I needed but needed help. I was lucky enough to get Valencia who not only suggested some products but took the time to try some on me to see which would work best. It has been years since I experienced such great service from a sales associate. They are few and far between. When I return, I will surely look for her to help again.

Ulta always had what I'm looking for, and then some. Actually found a reasonably priced mascara that doesn't give me migraines! Some sweet smelling lotion, and exclusive-to-Ulta press-on nails.

The employees there know their products to provide suggestions. I was provided with samples to try home before I returned. The Dermalogica brand Ultracalm line calmed a skin reaction from a product not sold there. I also use the Ultra Repair Tinted Mousturizer free of skin reactions.

Ulta beauty in the Wilton mall Saratoga springs NY has the most amazing and helpful staff. Would recommend this store hands down over all other's in the area.

Great selection of products and very helpful staff. But, watch out for the coupons, because there is a long list of excluded items, which is a downside of the shopping experience.

I honestly love this place a little TOO MUCH. Recently visited the salon for a cut, color & style by Steph V. (There are 2 Stephanie’s & they were both a lot of fun & super talented!) I like to give the stylist a little bit of freedom to be creative with my color & I was ELATED by the technique Steph used to achieve a really beautiful light blonde tone. I have a kind of strawberry undertone in my hair & even tho it was the first time Steph ever worked with me she absolutely nailed the perfect toning formula & it isn’t yellow or brassy AT ALL. I really love it.

Great service and knowledge as always. They actually don't carry one of the items any longer that we were looking for but gave some viable options.
