Moe's Southwest Grill

Great friendly staff always welcoming here! Food made to perfection. They did not have any of the correct size lids for the Large drinks so they gave me 2 mediums instead which was fine with me.
My only negative comment was that the soda machine seemed to be leaking as there was a huge puddle on and beside the floor mat; although a wet sign floor was placed the floor mat was sopping wet and still quite slippery.

Moe's is awesome. Food was hot and fresh, tasted great and the prices are fair for what you get. Staff was friendly and well trained. Thank you and I will return.

08Apr22. Rt50 Saratoga New York. Decided to visit Moe's today. The food was great. They were very nice but short handed. Luckily I went early enough to avoid this. Difficult to find more employees these days.

20Sep22. Rt50 Saratoga NY @1600. On the way home I thought that Moe's sounded good. It was very slow. The counter person was pleasent and accommodating. The food tasted rely great and the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. Perfect. Thanks for the meal. 🍲🍴👌👍😋

Everything was perfect as always! Food was hot and fresh as it should be. The staff behind the counter were incredibly helpful and friendly. I love coming here. Thanks you guys look forward to the next visit

I had ordered my favorite white chicken and cheese burrito with guacamole, cheese, sour cream, corn salsa and it was all fresh and very tasty. The customer service that I received was good too. They were all friendly and fast and they all worked great together.

Tall dude with the rose on his hand deserves a manger position I get to Moe’s about every morning & he’s making food by his self literally every time fast & quick but he still a team member on his name tag . The woman with tattoos came back at the right exact time to do register as being lazy . I feel bad for the dude he really picking up slack. 5 stars for him 2 stars for Moes

First time to Moes. The 3 young people working behind the counter were so nice and patient despite the ac not working and a line building as they were busy. Food was delicious. The receipt tape ran out and the guy replaced it so fast, and printed my receipt. I will be back. Please fix the ac. Thanks!

I love going to Moe's, especially on Moe's monday. You get so much food for very cheap. This location is always awesome, they pretty much always get my order right if I order online and they're fast as well. Great food, good quality, great prices!

Best bowls we've had at Moe's. Just moved here from Florida and hoped it'd be better and it totally was. Denise was very friendly and we will definitely return!

Edit: the music was amazing. Queen, Michael Jackson, and Beastie Boys. Not typical, and I loved it.

Food is always hot and freshly prepared. Delicious meat selections and lots of choices in the free toppings! The staff in Saratoga Springs is very friendly and helpful. My family dines here on average once a week. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous.

I have never had a bag time at Moe's. It's great food, good price and you get alot. Banging nacho chips that come with everything. I adore getting nachos and getting all the wonderful stuff piled on. Never can finish them. Staff are always down to earth, and make sure your happy. It's a really good time and good food. My only personal complaint - Mexican food, even the American knock off really need to have refried beans on menu.

Let me just say how freakin impressed I am with a quick turnaround here. 5 months ago I found myself walking out due to lame performances all around, dirty unfriendly staff.
Anyway there’s a new sheriff in town and he goes by the name of Colin, he has turned that place inside out upside down and all the way around. His good nature and ability to delegate authority as one of my Pulitzer Prize . I met his wife work in there tonight as well it’s good to see people who have integrity and a passion for now just doing what you’re supposed to but going above and beyond. What a relief to know I can count on Moe‘s as I’m a single disabled vet who just loves their food.

Im in here 3-4 times a week. Yes they are understaffed and that’s not the employees fault so all the people with bad reviews quit taking your frustrations out on them.Every time I’m in here the staff is pleasant and professional.

A+++ Customer Service, goes a long way these days.

This was a great new place to venture upon and it was really great food... depending on what u order I guess u can say maybe leftovers also. Will go again...pricey but great well worth the money and time....!!

The food is always good. Service was a little slow.

Short staffed so there can be a little bit of a wait, but they do the best they can and still keep smiling!

It was an absolute pleasure placing an order with Moe’s today! Not only were they able to take such a large order on such a busy day for Mexican Restaraunts but to speak with an employee who was still helpful and kind was a relief!!

As usual, Moe's was friendly, quick, and has AMAZING food! Definitely better than any Chipotle I've been to.

Friendly staff and quick service. Definitely an upper and fast food restaurant, quality of the food is better than McDonald's or Taco Bell, kind of a middle between those establishments and Chipotle or Panera.

I love the food and have never had a bad experience here. Awesome staff too.
