Jayne and Michael always take excellent care of me, as well as everyone whose care I’ve witnessed. Very accommodating! Very clean. They are alone so at times a wait might be required; but it never takes away from their time with you. We are all individually important.

The owners are friendly and remember my name whenever I’m there. I usually get ANC and I find that quality is subjective. I am rough on my hands and I have only had 1 nail break
in the last several years. Depending on who does your nails, the thickness can vary but if you ask them to adjust it to your liking, they will. The pedicures are relaxing and I usually get gel on my toes which they are happy to match your nail color if you like to do that.

I went here for years before moving out of state, and 4 years later when I came back they remembered me! They are always so friendly & the salon is clean!

The staff is always so nice and are very experienced. One of the few places in the area that does an ombre manicure! I am so happy with the attention to detail and result!

I walked in to this business for the first time last month and was greeted with positivity right away. I did not know if they had time for me but it was no problem. at all. Jane gave me an ANC manicure and I loved it. It looked so natural and I got many compliments on it. I am calling again today to schedule another. Nice clean place and all staff are pleasant and efficient.

This salon is fantastic. The nail techs are professional and extremely careful with doing nails, and were super accommodating to my friend and I even though we didn’t have an appointment. My nails turned out perfect and were priced reasonably for the quality of service. We will definitely be back again.

Very warm and welcoming staff. Angel was very detailed with cleaning my nails and delicate with small touches. Good prices and cleaned after every guest. Went to their competition next door and detail and shape were way off very loud and not welcoming environment. I rather pay few bucks more with better customer service and relaxing environment!

Absolute great first experience. I feel terrible for forgetting my nail techs name, I want to say Jane. She took my acrylics off with such care and made it pain free. She was friendly, happy and took her time. This is my new nail place in the area. Thank you !!!

Just had my first appointment since they re-opened on June 17th. I can absolutely say that they are following all protocols to make their customers feel safe. Temperatures are taken, hands are washed when coming in and leaving, masks and gloves are worn. Appointments only. Customers are asked to wait outside until they are ready for them. Not to mention, the pedicure was fantastic!! Thank you for doing a great job!

Great service & such nice people. I love the care they take in doing a great job on your nails & toes. So glad I tried them out.

This salon is clean, quick, and the services are very well done. They follow Covid guidelines seamlessly and make you feel safe and taken care of. My ANC always comes out great! The pedicures are so well done! Best nail salon in Ballston Spa!

Made an appt for the deluxe pedicure and went there 2 days ago based on the reviews and was not disappointed. I have a tendency to get ingrown nails on the inside of both my big toes and they're painful. Mike took great care of me and even though a couple parts were a little painful, he did a great job and felt really bad that it hurt at all and apologized for it even though it wasn't hid fault. I knew it was going to be a little painful. It always is but the rest of the pedicure including the exfoliation and massage were heaven.

First time getting my nails done here.They were very busy but they never made me feel like they were rushing.My nails looked amazing.They were very careful about giving you what you want.

I'm in the military and always struggle to find a good nail salon whenever I move. I was lucky when I discovered Deluxe Nails so soon after moving to Ballston Spa, NY. Deluxe nails delivers quality nails in a short amount of time. I got an ANC manicure twice a month for 7 months from Jane and was never disappointed. It was so therapeutic watching her remove the old nails and replace them with perfect new ones. If you need an affordable nail salon this is the one. I just moved to Washington state and I am already missing Jane and her magic hands.

Made an appointment the day before, arrived at appointed time and I was taken right back to soak, and attended to quickly. Such pleasant people who greeted customers by name. Lovely pedicure by Tina. Definitely making this place, my place. ; )
