I bought a bed and the mattress had broken springs with a five year warranty. I called Coons to report this. After verifying my claim they sent out a new mattress...I had to pay I believe a little charge for other wear and tear but other than that they stood behind warranty 100 percent. Also I bought a large man sized recliner...and two different times they sent a repair guy that did a fantastic job both times. Furniture prices are comparable with other sellers in Corning-Elmira area and they stand behind their sales. Would highly recommend Coons for your furniture, bed and mattress needs

I cannot begin to explain how AWESOME the staff at Coons are. I placed a sizeable order through my employer at the height of COVID and they did not let us down. They listened to my needs, made perfect suggestions and offered exactly what I needed. The sales team communicated when there were shipping delays and worked their hardest to get the job done even going above and beyond to fulfill special requests. Locally owned with a Top Notch Sales and Delivery team with fantastic furniture selection.

Staff was great, it was quite busy but they were attentive and able to multitask effectively. Furniture prices are far better than any other furniture store and delivery fee is far less than others as well. After much decision between local stores I will make my purchase here. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for new furniture.

Huge selection of nice furniture. The staff (Mike) was very friendly and welcoming. He was also very understanding of the kids running all over. We went during their president's day sale and got a nice discpunt on a new couch!

Gene was great at helping me! I went in looking for a new bed and couch. He suggested a few beds based on the firmness I like and the fact that I'm a hot sleeper. Very helpful in finding options that were in stock and making recommendations based on my room size, color preference, and style.

Mike is the best! My partner and I had been looking for a mattress for awhile before we found this place. The prices are awesome, Mike went over everything with us. I asked about 1000 questions and he was super patient with me the whole time. We ended up finding the perfect bed, I'm picky so it wasn't an easy task. They delivered quickly and the men who brought our mattress in the house were very mindful of our home. They even took the plastic off for us and put it where we wanted it to go. I definitely plan on shopping here again soon. Definitely would recommend!

Mike was very nice, he helped us make our selection. When they came to deliver bed and mattress, the bed frame was damaged so Mike was able to give us a upgrade at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Mike knows how to care for his customer.

Had an awesome experience and the gentleman was so awesome. Best place to buy a lift chair at best price, had color and what we needed in stock. I feel better knowing my parents can get up and down with the out any assistance. Thanks again!

We have been purchasing furniture for over 20 yrs here. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for furniture.

Pulled in around 4 o’clock in the morning. I was so tired I thought it was some kind of rest stop cuz of the whole sit and sleep part of there name. Well we did sit and sleep in the parking lot! My dog got out to piss and thought that there was just no wall to there first couch display and ran head first into the window. Who ever clean those things should get a promotion cuz it was spotless. Great place, would recommend it to my friends.

A gem of a furniture store with very knowledgeable and helpful sales people. They answered all our questions and offered to help in any way they could. It is clean with lots of free parking and a wide variety of all kinds of furniture. Great!!
