Great service

Typically very prompt with their prescription preparation. Very understanding staff and helpful pharmacists. Their hours are also fairly convenient.

This pharmacy has the most compassionate kind, and understanding employees, most of them, not all of them. Last week I suffered from a heart attack, which led to the finding of a huge mass in my lungs. The pharmacist knew I needed new meds, along with my monthly meds. She was patient with me and had all my medications ready for my husband to pick up. I am grateful for them making all this go smoothly, during this very difficult emotional time for me. The other pharmacist does not like to listen to customers, if you are right, wrong, no matter what the issue is. She will not listen to you. She repeats one sentence and then walks away. People need to be listened to and not disregarded, as if you don't care and have no time for them. She needs to learn common manners. I found this very disrespectful and rude. Thus, the reason I took two stars away.

Why don't your hours listed here indicate that you All go to lunch at the same time, so the entire pharmacy is closed?
I didn't need to wast the time, and drive.

Service is inconsistent; auto phone is effective only half the time; more often than not I was told to return the NEXT day and the pharmacy would have my prescription filled--a day--sometimes two--late; some pharmacists helpful, others argumentative. Try another pharmacy with a more personal approach and one that understands your concerns. That's my opinion.
