Jerry's Place

What a fantastic experience we had at Jerry’s Place today! The owners have invested so much thought into their customers comfort. The kids had a great time playing in the arcade and the parents enjoyed a relaxed lunch not needing to worry about the kids getting antsy. The food is simple, tasty and reasonably priced. Remember to get some ice cream before you leave. It was fantastic! Thank you for a lovely lunch.

Fun place! Great atmosphere, fun decor. Indoor and outdoor seating! Delicious food and great milkshake choices! The large shakes are large, delicious, but large means large.

Great find of a place! It has a easy to find entrance with a generous gravel parking lot. You could probably stop to eat if towing and be able to get in and out. They do have a icecream window outside. Once inside they have the menus at the tables, you seat yourself (and at the counter). Once you decide, order and pay at the counter. You get a vibration pager to alert you to the meal being done. They also appeared to have a take out shelf inside just past the first few tables. The food was really good, the fries were thick and perfectly crispy. The burgers were crazy July. Chili on the Chilli dog appeared to be homemade and very good. The chips served were crispy and perfect. The portions were generous and the pricing was great and didn't break the bank! You can sit inside where there is a good amount of seating. If not being used...there is more seating in the back half of the building where they also have some games for playing. They also use that room for arge groups and rentals according to the sign. Back there it also has a atm and a change machine if needed. Great retro theme all throughout wiith plenty to look at and keep you occupied. Ice cream for desert is a great way to end ...or begin your meal! They do have some outside seating and a little playset for lids to have fun on and burn off some energy. Can't wait to come back again when out this way!

Very cool atmosphere. Love the train and all of the memorabilia they have. Food and ice cream is all excellent! Customer service was amazing!

Didn't check out the game room, but it sounded like the kids were having a fun time back there.

What a fun place Jerry's place is! Good food, good ice cream a great location to stop at on the way to Cooperstown. They have a great arcade room for the kids or big kids. A nice outdoor space with swing set and corn hole. The staff were friendly and very nice. We will definitely stop here again when we are in the area.

A small mom and pop place; typical diner decor, lots of classic and modern images on metal plates. Elvis chillin'/singing in the main dining room. Fish fry is on point. Extremely light, but flavorful coating. I hesitate to say breading, as you can tell they dip it here. None of that frozen, prepared fish filets. French fries are lightly seasoned, thick, and were fried well. Coleslaw is not a masterpiece, but a pleasantly creamy and tart counterpoint to fries. Good service, obviously a local favorite. Will try ice cream another time.

Great atmosphere and wonderful food and ice cream. The decor inside Jerry's Place is more than nostalgic. Old lunch boxes, checkered floors, tin signs, and comfortable seating. All who are passing through the area need to check it out! Flavor Burst flavors are the best!

We went to see the last car show of the season. So many nice looking cars. Of course, we had to eat lunch and have ice cream. I had a bacon cheeseburger. It was excellent. Also, had a side of onion rings, very good! There is plenty of inside and outside seating. The inside decor is fun. Jerry's is very convenient to Cooperstown. So be sure to stop by when you are visiting Ctown.

I can't say enough good things about Jerry's place.

The food quality is absolutely amazing every single time we come here. You get large portions and the food is so fresh and prepared perfectly each time. The prices are great and you can feed an entire family without spending a ton of money.

The location is convenient, and the decor on the inside is beautiful and fun, especially for kids. It's always clean inside as well and the small arcade in the back is a nice touch.

There's picnic tables and a small swing set outside as well. The outside could have used a bit of a cleaning when we last visited , but it hasn't been like that before so we wrote it off as a fluke.

It's also one of the few restaurants around the area that is open decently late.

We find ourselves traveling 35 minutes just to eat here because we enjoy it so much !

Just stumbled upon this place and stopped for a quick dinner. Staff was friendly, food was ready fairly quickly, and wow, was it delicious. We will definitely stop if we are ever in the area again. Great job!
Almost forgot, prices were very reasonable, we paid 10 less to eat here than we did 3 days ago for 2 chicken tender meals at popeyes.

Super friendly with generous servings. Clean, homely, and great food. Well worth stepping out of Cooperstown and the tourists to grab some food and milkshakes!! We also appreciated that they have “no sugar added” vanilla!!!

Great food, super casual, fun retro decor, good activities to keep the kids occupied and dog friendly (both outside). Highly recommend!

Stop by and have the Elvis (peanut butter banana) flurry, yep requested it today, and bam they are gonna keep it, the guy there was super nice and came up with the name! Fries and mozzarella sticks were good. Clean comfortable place

Ice cream place with solid food and a fun atmosphere. Also plenty of seating inside and out.

Our meal was wonderful! Best burgers and delicious ice cream! Bonus points for being the cheapest meal we’ve had in NY and super friendly staff! Way bigger inside than it looks from the outside so they could definitely accommodate a big group. Go check it out!

Cute place where you can get food and ice cream! The inside is decorated with a retro vibe and is very inviting. We will be back!

Passed Jerry’s place between the lake house we rented and Cooperstown at least twice a day. Finally decided to stop in for a root beer float. We loved it so much we brought the whole family back for lunch. Such a cute old timey diner vibe with awesome employees. Very friendly and helpful on picking out ice cream flavors and menu options. Great decor too!

Fantastic Burger Joint! We finally made it up to Jerry's last week, and certainly did not disappoint. Great food, very friendly staff, fantastic atmosphere and spotless. We will be regulars!
