For me and my family, Dan Byler, his honest-to-goodness REAL milk, peerless cheeses, spick-'n-span farm plus the fact that its setting picture-perfectly lives up to its name....all embody TRUSTWORTHINESS, the polar opposite of the in-our-face fakery fouling once-fair America.

Dan and his family produce excellent raw milk cheeses, Tomme, Swiss, Cheddar, Jalapeno, Monterey w/Chives and my favorite, Camembert. His farm is what you think of when thinking of rolling green hills, beautiful cows, fresh painted barns and the cleanest facilities. I must say I also really enjoy a glass of their cold raw milk in the morning!

Cooperstown Farmer’s Market we try to get their cheese every Saturday and it is gone by Saturday night!
