Honestly I wasn’t going to put a review up but I feel like after 2 bad experiences I have. The first bad experience I had I was waiting to open an account and someone was taken before me. I’m not going to say it’s because I’m black and she was an old white lady but hey you know what it is. The 2nd time I come in to make a deposit I say hello to the greeting individual but receive no reply. But the two individuals who came in after me received a very warm HELLO WELCOME. If my place of employment wasn’t banking with this institution, I would definitely close my account. I will never come back to the and 59th St location ever. If your not white avoid at all cost very judgmental staff

The manager here does not do anything constructive or of value. I have followed up with a mortgage officer several times and still no follow ups. Also the bank asks invasive personal questions that are not needed. Awful irresponsible services.. I have withdrawn all of my cash out.. no thank you!
