I was not happy when i needed to turn my gas on and they told me i had to show up in person. I do not have a car or an income that allows for a taxi. The place was a half hour away. I asked if there was any other way to prove my identity and address. They said no. For pete sake i can get food stamps from social services without showing up in person. So i finally get a ride there and they tell me it is going to be a week before my heat is turned on. I was NOT a happy camper! Then i missed the call from the national fuel man, a PRIVATE number, so i did not answer. Then i had to wait another full week. Total bs!!!!! I have kids and animals and we were so cold!

No no no and no! They shouldn't be allowed to monopolize an area! They have absolutely NO COMPASSION for the customers they serve and it's obvious because they don't even reply to their negative feedback! Go in and talk to them and see how happy you are when you walk out...Can we get a second fuel company in this area? Can I get an amen?

No reps that can handle irrate or escalated problema, no mangers on the floor so reps have to repeat over and over redundant. No update systems since 1995. Even the money their getting from social services and HEAP should required something to show for it. It's a Monopoly! JUST LIKE NYEG AND NATIONAL GRID! Are we tired yet!

A company who doesn't know anything about customer service because of their monopoly. I personally have very bad experience of living without heat and hot water for a whole week when I moved to a new home. Very poor customer service experiences for many of my friends too.

Unethical, lying, thieving, borderline illegal practices.
